I bought this resistance band set for my girlfriend, since it's right up her alley and she wanted something portable and versatile. The bands are strong and definitely a better quality that I had initially expected, and everything comes in a small travel bag, so when you're done you can easily store everything together. This does not take up much room at all and can be stored virtually anywhere. The instructions are good with very decent graphic depictions of the exercises you can use it for, and if you've got a home gym and a few other attachments or mounting points, you can add them to your home gym for even more versatility. This kit includes hand and feet attachment points as well as an over-the-door attachment, so if you have a little room in front of a door this can be very handy. Over all I'm very pleased with this set and may buy another set for my sister.I'll be attaching photos once I get a chance to take some.

Smells strongly of latex. The set does what it says. However, I am allergic to latex and the smell is very strong so I can only use it for very short amounts of time

I am 5'5 and the cables are too long to get adequate tension.

Before I can truly rate it I need to have an instruction manual. (Was not enclosed). Need to see how to use the equipment and the different exercises to do with it. Thank you for sending to me. DeAnnI'm sure the rating will be higher after I get this. :)

I feel you can do a lot of different exercises with this piece of equipment and most of the pieces are well-made the thickness is great but the durability of the foot pedals has a lot lacking they keep coming apart when you’re trying to use them. Also it will be hard to put your foot in them with shoes on.

Love this. Definitely gives a workout which is unexpected. Some pieces were broken or missing but it didn't affect anything so no big deal. I take it traveling

I am 5 ft and this is a little too long for me

Door anchor did not come with a metal piece like pictured. I added a thicker key ring and I am hoping it works. A little disappointed I already have something to be concerned about with this product.

My mom has a really fat cat that has cognitive issues so it sheds more than a normal cat. My mom is also handicapped but can use the vacuum due to its lightweight and says it's the best vacuum she's ever owned at picking up her fat cats hair. She even told me it's a great vacuum when she's drinking, and usually she hates everything when she's drinking. I'd definitely recommend.

Somewhat frustrating as no instructions came with this as to put all the parts together and there weren’t any instructions like in a Manuel as to how to use this tension rope for best results.

The first few months the product was great, but today I noticed that on 2 of the band's, the end has disconnect from the latch piece. While it's still in there, there is risk that I could slip out while in use which could cause an injury. I now can't use 2 of the 4 bands. Didn't last long at all, I don't recommend
