I purchased this because of the reviews and price point and ease of use. The one I had purchased before very complicated and I really like the idea of three separate buttons. It worked great for the first several weeks there was no issue.After 3 week I had my dog outside on the collar with no training lead.I ALWAYS TEST THE CONNECTION BEFORE WE GO OUT JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.That being said, we were hanging out and it was time to come in .... I beeped her and nothing happened.I checked to see if it was on the right setting, it was, and I tried again - NOTHING ...then I tried vibrate - nothing, ... shock - nothing. I calmly went over called her name and she came with me. SHEW! IF there had been a rabbit or squirrel in the vicinity the outcome would have been disastrous as she loves the chase. I was able to get it working again by reset the unit by powering it down and back up. I made sure it was fully charged, and it HAPPENED AGAIN!At this point I called CS and they replaced it with a new unit. I though maybe it was just a faulty one. And it had worked well for 3 weeks ... NOPE The "NEW" unit is worse than the last.This started out as a great solution, and will be when I get a dependable collar. LIke most people. our dog is like family and their safety is of utmost importance.

I already have the Dogwatch system so I'm not worried about my Pitbull straying. When they came to train him on the fence and he got zapped a couple times he got the message quick! But my problem was we live in the woods and there's animals he chases under the porch and barn. I bought this collar for those occasions and sometimes he just doesn't want to come in... After like 3 days just buzzing him he literally runs inside and sits next to me. He got the point! He will probably still chase rabbits but if I need him in he will come! This was cheap, it stays charged forever and we live on 14 acres and it seems to work wherever he is! You can't go wrong in my opinion. Great collar!

Absolutely love this collar! Jesse, 6 month old German Shepherd, decided that chasing Karma riding Trixie was a great idea! Jesse didn’t acknowledge the beep, vibrate or shock set at 5. Raised it to 10 and she acknowledged, but continued to snip at Trixie’s heels. Raised it to 15, she yelped and ran to the porch. Five minutes later, she went after them again. Used the beep, acknowledged, but kept going. When she was near, I used the shock set at 10. She veered away and came back to the porch. I highly recommend this!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a replacement for a collar that we've been using for a few months, I really like the choice of 2 different collars, a plastic or a fabric one, I like the clip on one is much easier to put on and take off. The remote is easy to use 3 buttons shock,vibrate & tone. My Only complaint would be the way of charging, you need to use their charger, where my old one used a common USB micro. Other than that seems like a good product

I'm not one to write reviews but this collar really works! We just moved on to a property that is not fenced. I watch my dogs like a hawk, but one was continuously taking off chasing deer. I've used two other collars, but once he got into the treed area the collars would no longer work, or were not strong enough. This collar works, in fact, now even when there is a deer in site, 99% of the time I just have to beep him or press the vibrate button. Before he would continue running full steam ahead, even if i was trying to shock him at full strength. This collar I have set around 15 and if it gets to the point of shocking him, he turns around on heels as fast as he can. Any more normally it doesn't even come to that, in fact he just listens most of the time. I still use the collar because I dont 100% trust him and don't want to loose him, but this is a great training device

Works well most of the time. Was fine when brand new, and now seems to have connectivity issues after a couple of months use. Sometimes it does not work, even after a full charge. example: Push button on remote, with remote at any range, even right next to collar placed on dogs neck; nothing happens. Take collar off, push remote button, and it beeps. hmmm. Would not buy again because of this.

This collar os one of the best on the markey! I've had it for a few months, and used it for multiple dogs. I rarely have to techarge it as the battery lasts almost a week! The triple action of the vibrate, beep and shock has helped keep my dogs and my neighbors dog safe! It MUST be used correctly and is NOT a cure all! Its an excellent tool if used correctly!

This product is garbage for larger dogs. My dog couldn't even tell it was on, none of the functions were effective, even at max strength fully charged. I have several dogtra collars which work fantastic even after 5 years. If you want something that actually works for your large breed dog, spend more money on a better product.
