This machine works just as well as the super expensive machines for a much, much more reasonable price. It fills my 2,800sq ft home w scent no problem. We broke off a part (our fault) and contacted the company and they are sending out a replacement part free of charge! Amazing product and excellent customer service. Update: I can see that the poor reviews were attributed to buyer installation error. Installation does take some time (as it would with any of these) but is not difficult. Programming is actually fairly intuitive and simple. Going on around 6 months of use and has worked perfectly.

Not working the way that was explained, this machine blows the scent and you can see the oil from the scent all over the floor and the machine, call customer service and he asked me to add alcohol to the scent, I did and still doing the same. I paid almost $200 for the scent and over $500 for the machine and I can’t use them.

Great concept but it was loud and wasted a lot of expensive fragrances without the “fine mist whole house scent promise” never could figure out the programming and the videos were not helpful Returned this very expensive item.

Still no help from customer service. Unit still leaks. Can’t tell if the bottle is empty since it’s not we through. Unit is very loud. Waste of money

I have had this scent machine connected to my HVAC for a few weeks now. I have it set up to run between 5PM and Midnight every day. I can definitely tell at 5PM that the machine had kicked on because the whole house smells fantastic. You get used to the smell after a while, but every time i enter the house from outside, i am reminded of this great purchase. The communication with the seller was great, i had some complications from the shipping but the seller resolved everything immediately. best way to reach the seller is by Whatsapp, and responses come within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking to have their house smell fresh every day without the need for candles and air fresheners.

In just a couple of weeks, it stopped working and a broken piece popped out. Contacted seller. Seller repeatedly asks the same questions and I have answered all of them. He appears to be delaying so as to push me out of the return window. Very suspicious and upsetting.

Machine works perfect after some quick trouble shooting with the supplier. My home smells wonderful from it!!!!
