There are other similar notebooks to be ordered, with attractive Tarot cards on the cover, but they're so tightly bound you can't open them and then eventually they come apart. This one is apparently by a different company and is quite different.*It's not as tightly bound, so it's easier to open and write on.*The paper is thicker than regular notebook paper.*The paper is "fine toothed" but not slick*There's a Table of Contents in the front.*At the top right of each page there's a Page notation.*The cover is a nice, shiny card stock.So no, it's not a splendid Peter Pauper journal, but it's not a Meade, 3-hole punch college ruled note-book either, both of which I love and use a lot. But for me, this is a perfect Bullet Journal. It doesn't make me feel I should be writing the greatest thoughts or sketching drawings to be framed, but I can write daily stuff and little scribbles and it will still be a record I can keep.Also, it's only seven dollars, so I wasn't expecting vellum pages in leather binding. :)

This is fine enough. Came quick and all looks well EXCEPT that I specifically typed in "Celestial FOILED journal" and this came up. That said, this is false advertising either on Amazon or Seller's fault. This should be rectified.

Got this today and very pleased with this. Cover is soft and more like a notebook but also good as a journal. Price is great. Recommend .

I liked it, matches tapestry on my bed room wall lol. It got good clean lines perfect for jotting g my poetry down.

Love this journal! It has nice, wide pages and ISN'T college ruled so there's plenty of space to write. There are spaces to write in the page numbers and an index in front so you can keep your months organized. Even more important - to me - is that it has a wonderful, magical cover on it. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely buy it again.

I love this journal. not a lot of distracting pictures, just lines and posibilities.

I was expecting some celestial design on the inside- plain notebook. I could have bought something very similar for a much lower cost.

My own fault that I thought it was hardbound and well made. It's just OK. Nice to take notes in class or something.
