The best fennel tea I have ever tried. Like other tea brands, just make sure to be careful when opening the packets with the tea so that you do not rip the tea bag.

I originally purchased this tea after watching a few YouTube videos talking about its benefits when applied to the hair and scalp (supposed to make your hair grow). It did absolutely nothing for me in that regard. Fast forward a year (I don't toss tea unless it doesn't taste good), and I decided to actually try drinking it as I was running out of my regular teas. It didn't taste very good alone, kinda earthy, so I steeped it along with another tea bag. No immediate effects, but figured I'd keep drinking it because tea lol. I saw a review that mentioned it making menses lighter, so I had my fingers crossed it would do something for me because I've been heavy my entire life except when I had my IUD (heavy to the point of leaking during sleep almost every cycle). I had a cup every day for 5 days leading up to my cycle but stopped 2 days prior. I'd noticed that my edema was picking up again but no reason why. Decided to do more research on fenugreek and turns out it can flush the potassium in your system. Stopped drinking it for a few days, and the fluid retention eased, thankfully. I started my cycle during that break period and the first day was noticeably lighter, to the point of it feeling like a medium flow day for me! I also noticed that some recent hair loss around my edges was coming back! So, advantages and disadvantages of using this. Pro: -May make your hair grow (experiences may vary) -Will lighten your cycle (great for those with heavy cycles) Con: -Will flush your system of precious potassium (use with caution or talk to your doctor if you suffer from edema or a potassium deficiency) -Makes your pee smell like syrup (this may be a plus for some, to my knowledge it did not alter taste) Personally I will continue to drink for the benefits but not daily as I need to watch my potassium intake closely due to edema. However, I cannot recommend it unless someone knows well that they have no potassium-related health issues.

This makes quite a difference for me with my digestion. I am less gassy!

Milder than most fenugreek teas.

I like to drink fenugreek because it makes my sweat smell better and its summer so I definitely want all the help I can get. Other brands do that. This one made no change to smell which is my primary reason for buying it. It seems not to have as much powdery residue unlike my normal brand. Maybe that's why. It also seems less strong in flavor. Whatever the reason, I won't buy this brand again.
