This is a big thick book often reading more like a textbook for doctors
I found this a bit of heavy going but kept at it for the info on Migraine Headaches. The hypothyroidism and Fibromyalgia connections, leading to a statement that Migraines have more to do with metabolism than the medical community currently admits, was very interesting to me. My Fibromyalgia Specialist at UCLA Medical Center has been saying this for some time now. I marked it down one star for the lack of readability, but it's worth the effort.

brilliant
excellent and technical book written by Dr. Vasquez. He makes very clear connections that make sense, once he gets you following his out of the box yet linear train of thought. Read this book and take your time it is a lot to digest.

Four Stars
Good book, but is a little above my head. Seems to be more for someone in the medical field.

Excellent study!
Parts of this book are over my head but the things I learned about Fibromyalgia (which I have had for 39 yrs) were real eye openers. I will read this over & over. Vasquez really ties it together with other issues I have; hypothyroidism, etc. Excellent study!

Some Good Information
I found it rather repetitive and a bit heavy going but it was meant for healthcare practitioners.

es un ben trabajo con muchos ejemplos, ecrito para profesionales de la salud
Este libro desde luego este escrito por una profesional super cualificado. Al no ser profesional de la salud me costaba entenderlo.
