Himalayan Crystal Salts Capsules Herbs of Light 800 Caps

I never knew that salting the blood will get rid of viruses, bacteria, and parasites. But my husband had to take 20 of these a day for a year to help him get rid of Lyme disease. His doctor said that this was the only brand he considered high enough quality to take in that dosage. He finished taking them two years ago, and since then he takes a maintenance dose of 8 per day. I really trust this brand as far as quality and purity - and although I told my story - please don't take that quantity unless you have a doctor and are monitoring your blood pressure and hydration. Great product, I have hyponatremia, (low salt) and need at add salt to my diet. My doctor prescribed Sodium chloride but it was very difficult to keep down and irritated my stomach. A friend told me about these capsules and it was a game changer. In the summer and before a hard workout and I am able to take a handful(8-10) pills with no problem. I highly recommend

I use these for the treatment of POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). I currently take 3 a day, in the morning. These keep my blood pressure up and I appreciate that they are all natural. I also appreciate the large bottle so I don't have to order often.

This is a good quality product, however the price is very high. I realized it would be much less expensive for me to buy quality Himalayan salt in bulk and add it to my food to make up the difference of what I needed. And I can use it to soak in as a bath salt.

Like some of the other reviewers I've also been using these for the treatment of Hypotension & POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). These were recommended by my doctor, they help keep my blood pressure up and I use them to increase my overall salt intake which has been low.
