I bought this because of the rave reviews and because I absolutely love Freeman's Avocado/Oatmeal mask (seriously, it's great!). In true Freeman fashion this mask smells AMAZING. It smells like fresh pineapples and I seriously considered keeping this around just because it smelled so good. Alas, however, it really wasn't that great of an exfoliator for me. I have acne prone, combination/oily skin and I need to exfoliate at least once a week or my skin gets congested. I was looking for something a little less harsh to use in the summer, but unfortunately this was borderline ineffective for me. I've been using it for about 3-4 weeks and it hasn't really done anything for my skin. In fact, I used a more powerful exfoliator right after this and found that this didn't really slough off any dead skin. The only thing I noticed it did was leave my skin a tad more moisturized and "fresh" after which is nice, but I really need something that's going to temper my problem skin and this is just too gentle. I also really need something that's going to inject some life and "glow" back into my skin and, once again, this didn't really deliver for me. Maybe for teens or people that have normal/good skin this would be great to have around, which is why I gave it 3 stars. It's a good product, just way too gentle for someone like me unfortunately.

I've purchased some fairly expensive beauty products in my lifetime so I wasn't quite sure of what to expect of a product that was so cheap. Well I'm here to say that this mask is amazing and does exactly what it promises to do.When applying it to clean skin it feels a bit like lemon curd with a citrus scent. You just spread a thin layer over your face and then leave it on for the entire ten minutes. I did not feel any tingling or stinging but it did feel cooling. I suspect that is because this has peppermint oil in it.When rinsing this off my face I did feel the granules in the gel but I don't think they do anything. I washed off my face with a cloth and then splashed more water on to make sure everything was removed. When I looked in the mirror my skin looked a little more pink but not red and irritated.Once I put on moisturizer I then noticed how my skin was glowing and "radiant" is the correct word to describe the results.Now the formula has changed and the container is a bit different than shown here at amazon. Instead of glycolic acid and chamomile, this now has aloe, pineapple fruit extrat, papaya fruit extrat, sea kelp, coconut, orange oil, grapefruit peel oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil and tea tree oil. There are also some artificial ingredients but I don't feel like typing them all out. What matters is that this does contain some good natural ingredients too. This is not a Freeman mask that I would buy again. Freeman's Avocado Oatmeal Clay and Dead Sea Minerals I would not hesitate to repurchase. This one is strange.. it is extremely gooey. It is hard to tell if it is even doing anything. You wonder this as it is sitting on your skin, and you're still left wondering after you take it off. Taking it off, too, is a major chore. It sticks on you for dear life and washing it away takes serious legwork. While this is on, you can feel a slight tingle, thank god. At least there is but one indication that this mask has any sort of function. Smells sweet and energizing. Oh yes I will finish this bottle, gladly. But once I do I will never bother with this particular mask again.

This smells delightful. I had some severe peeling from retin-a and it didn't do a thing for that. I had to switch to an old fashioned exfoliating scrub like the oatmeal one from st. ives which worked like a charm. I not quite sure what this did and it was fun to use but it didn't help the flakes. It is reasonable so I can't complain. I saw on a board someone say it helps them keeps the peels from happening from retin-a but I find I don't peel every day rather my peels happen on alternate weeks. My thought is the person who recommend this was experiencing not peeling naturally and mistook this product for working. But its just a hunch. Everyone is different any maybe it will work for you!

After an extended illness where I let my daily facial routine go, my skin was dry and peeling, splotchy, dull looking, and I thought beyond any hope of help. I even had a friend take me to get a facial but the results were only temporary and the skin care products I had used in the past just didn't seem to be working for me anymore. My daughter gave me Freeman Feeling Beautiful Pineapple Enzyme Mask to try. I left it on the bathroom counter, discouraged, not wanting to use another product and be disappointed. I am so happy I finally gave it a try. With the first use I noticed not just a small improvement, but a dramatic one. I applied the mask and left it on for 20 minutes. At the end of 20 minutes my skin felt tingly so I went and washed the mask off. Along with the mask washing off, so did a lot of dry and peeling skin. I quickly applied a moisturizer and hoped that my face still felt as smooth and looked as bright when I woke up the next morning. It did! This mask has helped my face regain a lot of it's radiance, softness, and has made my skin feel healthy. I am using it three times a week and the condition of the skin on my face continues to improve. I had tried products purchased from high end department stores and hadn't had any success with any of them. I noticed a dramatic improvement with only one application of the Freeman Feeling Beautiful Pineapple Enzyme Mask. The tube my daughter purchased was purchased through a store. My daughter said that they have since quit carrying the product so I went on line at Amazon and purchased five tubes. I love this. Not only has it improved my complexion, it has helped my confidence and has made me feel better about my appearance. This stuff is GREAT!

This is a nice mask smells great and my skin looked nice after use. When I saw it was shipping from the US I thought it would take weeks but not so very quick delivery and would recommend.However I do have a concern that the tube is not safety sealed and would have preferred a sealed product. For this reason I have awarded 3 stars the product itself is great but the tube needs a safety seal.
