These are great. However
These are great. However, buy at least 2 sets so that you can keep a set in freezer and rotate. My daughter had major impacted wisdom teeth and these were a life savor. They work well but de-thaw quickly. You will probably need to rotate every 20-30 minutes. So buy extra to rotate so you can keep comfortable after major surgery.

Really handy and helpful
I thought I was having breast surgery but am not. These have still been perfect for other areas. Just slip in the corner of a nylon tote bag.

Unfortunately these took awhile to get cold and did not stay cold for very long. I ordered several packs along with the TMJ Stretch Wrap (I had my wisdom teeth out) so that I could continue to switch them out and I actually wish I had more so that they would have had more time to get cold. I would say they stayed cold for ten minutes before having to change them.

perfect cool pack for my neck at bedtime.
works great, perfect size, stays cold just long enough, I don't like it to stay cold more than about 20 minutes.
