This is the best Ceramic topper I have used. Goes on smooth and is easy to remove and leaves a pristine glossy shine on your car or truck. I have detailed several cars with it and the customers love the gloss. With a good cleaning, claying and polishing. This topper is outstanding.

Paired exo with crystal serum, enough for exterior, door/hood/tailgate jams, and lights. Was definitely some work prepping vehicle for ceramic coating. First time using random orbital with cutting and polishing disc's to remove swirling and some deep scratches in clear coat on a 2018 truck. Photo is from two weeks after coating. Vehicle gets cleaner after it rains, tight beads of water, coating is slicker than the glass. Awesome stuff. Neighbor asked if it was the same vehicle. Would need second bottle for anything more.

Purchased the techniq CSL(the non professional ceramic with shorter life span of 5 rather than 10 years. I applied 1 coat csl and 2 coats of EXOv5, and I actually applied 3 coats to my hood. Apply ceramic as directed, wait 2hrs at least then you can apply EXOv5, wait for it to flash, buffing and polish and then you can put a 2d coat right on top of that without wanting. My car looks great, the first car wash or rain will be the test. Amazingly easy to use but it would suggest buying extra applicator pads if they sell them. Buy the bug bottle so you can put two coats on it. I have a 17 subaru legacy and I coated everything twice and my hood 3x but I did not do my front end as I'd like to repaint it with all the rock chips but I have more than enough to do it twice. Great DIY job and I saved myself at least $1000+ by using this. You can also add coats later to add more protection to CSL coat without too much trouble

I had a car coated with V4 and Crystal Serum Light before I became comfortable with applying these products myself. Now I apply these products by myself and would never considered hiring someone to follow the process. I consider myself a DIY intermediate. I have no problem cleaning, compounding, polishing, and applying products . These products work. Initially I did not like these products as they seemed to leave a greasy film even after washing. Over time I have grown to really appreciate getechniq. Exo V5 is an even better product than V4 and is especially more hydrophobic. While it wont keep your vehicle clean. It certainly helps make cleaning easier. Sometimes a simple foam cleaner followed by a wash off leaves the vehicle looking amazing. I love the hydrophobic properties of EXO V5 and the product has been show to be durable and long lasting. If applied correctly you will not be disappointed.

Works great and easy to use, especially if you have used a coating before. The only complaint is the amazon packaging. Has nothing to do with this product but the handling of the product while delivering.

Great second coating over my CSL ceramic coating. Much easier to keep clean.

This product is absolutely awesome. Lasts for months throughout salt and car washes. easy to apply. Worth every penny!!!

I have a 2 year old sedan with a fresh and shiny paint that was previously coated in ceramic and decided to re-coat it again with Crystal Serum Light + EXO V5 combo as recommended by gtechniq. I have followed all the instructions by gtechnic and after the first coat of CSL application I just could not look away from the car as the paint shine and reflections became almost mirror-like metalic and the car looked phenomenal! So after letting CSL settle for 1 day, I proceeded with a second coat of EXO V5 and immediately noticed the difference on the surface. While the car became much more "slippery" to the touch, all the metallic like shine that it got from CSL was rolled-back by EXO. As if something matte was applied - and the difference I am talking is not only right after the application but after I let it sit for an hour with one door covered with CSL+EXO and the other door covered with CSL only. The CSL only door just looked better and more reflective, which was a huge bummer, as I expected EXO V5 to only improve the visuals further. It is important to note that this difference is subtle and if you are refreshing older paint/surfaces or different color paint, you might not notice it at all while getting all the hydrophobic benefits of EXO. No doubt EXO V5 increases hydrophobic properties of the surface, however it actually takes away from the visuals of CSL only application. Don't get me wrong, the surface of the car still looks great - however in my experience adding EXO as a second coat as recommended diminished the visuals of the Crystal Serum Light unfortunately. Maybe it is the white color of the car and newer paint that made this difference apparent but thought to write up my experience as the whole process is time and labor intensive so you can decide whetther to proceed with second coat of EXO if you are doing CSL+EXO combo and its a newer surface with already great visuals.
