Not Good for Me
Good news: Good looking. Worked for 3 or 4 months.Bad news: Needed a UV bulb after 3 or 4 months. The UV bulb should have lasted a year. Ordered a new UV bulb that is very pricey ($150???). New UV bulb worked for about a week then got UV error message. I shipped cross country at my expense to return. The distributor/manufacturer called me and said nothing was wrong with the machine. The distributor/manufacturer wanted me to pay for return shipping. I told them to keep it.Bottom line: The machine may be good, but our experience was very bad. I do not know if I am to blame. All I can say is I have no patience remaining for these folks.

Amazing product. A bit too pricy, but good

Lasted 40 Months!
We purchased this cooler 40 months ago. The filters were not expensive as there are often sales on them. We have a 30 person office and this machine was used nonstop for 40 months. It's time for a new one as the filter removal notification won't go away. After this much time, the machine did its job and then some. We'll be ordering a new one. Hope you enjoy the machine. We did purchase from Elitefixtures.com which has great customer service. Hope this helps.
