Our daughter had given us a package of these noodles as a gift, so we decided to try them out one night in a spaghetti dish. They boosted the flavor and were positively delicious. We bought more and served them by themselves as a side dish, and everyone in our family thought they were great. Some products that claim to be truffle-infused are barely flavored and don't taste much different from regular noodles or oils. These are different, but the price is so high due to the truffles it is hard to evaluate their value unless you try them and decide they are worth it. We will reserve them to serve on special occasions.

I have ordered this product a few times and the pasta is perfect every time. So delicious and of the highest quality. Additionally this company that sells the pasta is 5 star for their shipping and customer service. I would recommend them and their products to anyone thinking of buying.
