For instance, L-Glutathione Reduced is an expensive ingredient that you definitely would not find in any old formula. DMAE and ALA are also surprises. The aloe can be a bit of an issue for those prone to a lot of bowel movements or ones that are too loose but should be in a small enough dose here to not be a problem for most people. One recommendation I would make for those using this formula is to check their daily multi (if they take one) for the amount of vitamin A. If their daily multi already has a very high amount of vitamin A, they may wish to only take one capsule of this formula per day or only take it a couple of times per week, as high amounts of A can be hard for the body to handle. I think it is wonderful that this formula includes such strong basics as collagen, hyaluronic acid, reservatrol, and grape seed. In my understanding, these are good for bones and cardiovascular system as well. Due to a medical condition, I both need glutathione and have great difficulty processing it. I haven’t been able to successfully add it to my regime due to this sensitivity. Yet I need it. So I intend to use half a serving of these capsules (so one capsule) a couple of times per week to ease myself in. I have already begun doing so. One capsule amounts to just 10 mg of L-Glutathione Reduced (which is the best tolerated form of glutathione) and may help my body adjust to the idea of glutathione supplementation, which usually comes in higher doses. I got this for skincare but have found this alternative usefulness for my particular situation.
