The quality is good. You can use it to lots of exersizes . Totally worth money

Bought these for exercising my lower body especially my booty or u can say glutes. As i was using the heavy one only from the start it was the earliest to break. Then i begin using the low nd medium together for compensating the heavy one. First the lower one got out nd then the medium one got out on the next day. Durability level is hardly 1 month. But these are the cheapest of them all that are available so i was ready already for them to break. But they died even before my expectations. Before buying them i was reading the reviews which were good mostly so i thought i would give it a try. The reason i think that they broke this early because of the cold weather as rubbers elasticity decreases in cold conditions. However exercising with these kind of bands are easy and beneficial.

It’s not durable.. the material is so low quality, that it sweats and sticks to near by stuffs

It seems good when you see it online and then when it arrives you will be definitely upset with the quality of it. It is light and soft, questions for durability is surely there. Don't purchase it.

Good quality exercise bands. They are very good. The light, medium and heavy are appropriate.

I use it for only 10 days then it will become damaged. And the smell is bad.And it is value for money.
