Great for the florida bugs and heat!
I love this thing. The wife and I set aside a day and built it together. It is easy enough as long as you measure before you start. I also grinded down the metal edges a bit as not to tear the cloth, but it wasn't really needed.I was looking at getting a screened in porch or sun room because we live in FL, but the cost was ridiculous. I found this and we bought it. This thing is excellent, it really keeps the sun off your head and the bugs out! You can also buy the panels for it to make it more cosmetically friendly or private.

Top quality affordable option to an expensive sun room
My Dad is quite handy and helped put this up agaist sliding door that leads to patio...it has weathered 2 years of New Mexico winds and offers respite from the sun and mosquitos. No leaks no problems, still looks new!

Perfect Fit but has it flaws as the set instructions might as well have been written in Greek
The dimensions are exactly as stated so make sure you measure your patio based on the stated dimensions. My complaint is it does not state the items you will need on the box prior to assembly. We had to go to the store twice to pickup items. You must attach the structure to your home. It is not a stand on it own structure. You will need to purchase Wood Furrows to do this and I had to look that up on the internet to find out what that was as the instructions were useless for that. To add I believe I received an returned item as it was obvious that it had been previously assembled. The box tells you that you cannot return the item as it was previously inspected prior to boxing it up which if that were true of the inspection it would have been noticed not all of the required holes were in place to attach the steel roof bars. We had to drill our own. That said once assembled many of our neighbors have stopped by to see and have asked where we purchased it. Its been up a week now and it looks like a room was added to our home. We enjoy outdoor space without insect hassle. One more thing. Re-write the instructions. They are horribly done.

At Last, A Porch!
After much research on Amazon & other sites, we chose the smallest Patio Mat to fit our small deck. Directions were not perfect, but all materials were included. Took several days to put together because we had to modify roof to fit our overhang. Sitting in it right now, listening to waves lapping the shore. Great product!

Absolutely no good during rain because of leakage/splashage through bottom of screen area!
I would love this little screen room except the rain splashes in all 3 screened sides and pretty much keeps the floor (my deck with an indoor/outdoor rug on top) soaked. I can't determine if the rain is being blown in by wind, being splashed off the outside of the deck or what the problem is. With this problem I have tried several things to keep the inside dry with no resolution. Any solutions would be appreciated. While having this problem, I can't give this screen enclosure more than a 2 star rating. It's a shame because I've had absolutely no problem with leaking from the roof or any problem with bugs or mosquitos.

great enclosure
this is best investment I have made. Went up easy, keeps out bugs and gives shade. When it rains the water does come in about one foot around the edge. It runs off the roof and into the room. Would definately recommend this product. It looks great
