People flock to my kitchen table when
ever they see me leafing through a Susan Tomnay cookbook. It is known from experience something good is going to happen. I have used her books (all by Australian Women's Weekly)for more years than I care to count! The instructions are easy to follow, the layout is perfect and the photos incredible. EVERYTHING I have cooked or baked from Susan's recipes has come out wonderful. Probably one of the things I like most is the ingredients aren't fancy. I almost always have the items in my pantry.I started out with "Chinese Cooking Class Cookbook" and my "library" has grown from there. Enjoy!

Great bookl
When I purchased this book, I thought it would be a compillation of easy recipes something like the Good Food 101 books (another highly recommended series) . It isn't. That's not to say that the recipes are difficult, they just deserve a bit more, say, ellaboration. But the end results are magnificent and I have already tried 4 recipes and am delighted with the taste and so are my kids!

Wonderful recipes
Yummy recipes, beautiful photographs and the Woman's weekly recipe almost always work out great for me. If you like home made sweeties, this is the book for you.
