It was very flexible, comfortable, and effective.

This went on the 20 hour road trip to Yellowstone and was so wonderful as it literally shaped up to the task of keeping heads comfortable on bumpy roads, the recently surgeoned rotator cuff stable, and then helping to keep fragile items safe on the way home! So glad I ordered more than 1!

I love the flexibility, softness, and the washable cover + bag it comes in. I can manipulate this pillow to whatever sleeping position I’m in and it’s the best I’ve used in all my travels. My only complaint is that carrying it is challenging. It has two snaps on the ends but that just doesn’t cut it. I’ll probably sew my own something on there to make it easier to attach to my backpack while I travel. If they can come up with a new carrying design, it’ll be 5 stars easily.

I purchased this product for my daughter who travels a lot for her job and she said it is the most comfortable neck rest that she has ever had. She gets asked many questions about it (name and where purchased) Amazon of course ..

This is the least comfortable neck pillow I’ve ever used. I sleep with a regular one every night but had lost mine. Ordered this because the value was great & loved that you could shape it how you wanted to. It turns out, this does not keep it in the shape you move it overnight - throughout the night it goes right back to being straight.Positives - it is supportive, the fabric is nice.

I’ve had this pillow for almost 5 years and love it. Initially, I got it for traveling but ended up also sleeping with it nightly. It bends very easily on the airplane and supports my head while snapping onto my carryon. The cover is washable. After all these years I noticed that my pillow insert was starting to shed a little when I put the cover back on. I might buy another one as back up in case something happens to this one. Tried buying another inflatable pillow to see if it'd help me sleep on the plane but it was too big and bulky. I should've just stuck to my old faithful. It made me realize that I can’t live without this one.

I got this for a herniated disc and neck spasm. This is amazing. It has a firm core that allows you to position it how you need. Helpful for neck support when watching TV and in car. The cover is very soft. My kids keep taking it from me and like to use it when lying down. I’m going to get 2 more for them.

This worked perfectly for our road trip.Our kids are always sitting in unsafe positions in the back seat to try and get comfortable to sleep in the car. This pillow allows them to lean their head and not have to get into weird positions.It is a little stiff and not incredibly soft, but it does the job!

Bought this for my husband who’s going on a long flight but he didn’t find it comfortable so I returned it.
