DC COMICS Multiverse BLACK LIGHTNING Figure

I was very excited about this figure when I first heard about it & I am not disappointed. He has great paint all over, much better articulation than most Multiverse figures & no really loose joints, but come on Mattel start giving figures double jointed elbows Hasbro does it for almost every figure. That gripe aside I love this figure. You should be aware though this is my second copy of Black Lightning because the first one's ab crunch was stuck as far back as it could go & when I tried to move it forward he cracked in half. My current Black lightning is just fine so I suggest buying from either Amazon or a local store where u can exchange it if you have the same issue as I had.

Very good figure though i have some paint slops around his beard. Deco is really nice, artciulation could be a tad better like having dounle jointed elbows. Do really like the lightning hands though they do look a bit more like water then lightning. I also must say it's clever how they did the shoudler joint when you move his arm's out, reminds me of the recently released marvel legends avengers endgame thanos wave hercules. Overall i do hug recommend this if you're either a fan of the show or want to complete the ninja batman build a figure.

If you are familiar with the show on the CW you will instantly recognize Jefferson Pearce. The figure is that close to a rendition. I'm a collector who tends to leave the item in the box while on display so I cannot comment on the possibility of the figure but the colors are vibrant and the packaging is pretty decent for display. I think the lightning bolts look funny but they dont take away from the figure.

I got this figure to complete my arrowverse lead hero set. I was looking for black lightning for awhile and this helped me complete it. I am still missing batwoman but that's okay. The figure when I put next to the other arrowverse figures is a bit different in terms of joints. It still has the same height and feel though. The head piece is on the loose end. It does not sag down or anything but it bobbles if you press on it. The detail on this is not bad. Obviously the visor is not see through or anything. The suit detail is nice. It does not have a reflective quality to it if you shine a light on it. The hand pieces are easy to remove and install the other pieces. The joints are not super loose. You are able to easily pose this as needed. The complaint I have with it is that the "lightning" effect looks more like blue fire than lightning. I kind of wish it has more a lightning effect which I am sure they can do. It just looks like he is holding a fire ball than handling lightning. I am not sure if it is just a cheap way of trying to show lightning or lazy design. Overall though the figure looks pretty nice. It matches the other arrowverse figures I have even though it is not the same line of figures as them. The joint are solid and you are able to move it around. You can stand the device on its own without any kind of stand. The hand pieces provided are easy to remove. The detail on the figure is really nice and show accurate. The only issue I have with this is that the lightning effect looks more like a blue fireball than a thunderbolt.

I can't give a true testament to this figure. I only purchased it for its head, which I used on the Mcfarlane Flash. It fits really well and with some minor adjustments, and repaint of the body, it worked out phenomenally

The box had been packed very well, no signs of damage, the figure is brand new and the delivery time was surpinsingly small 👍🏻

This is the best we’ve got so far at the 6 inch scale for Nightwing. I’ve bought both, the Icons Nightwing and the Capullo new 52 Nightwing. While both have their upsides, they also have their flaws, and where those lack, this Multiverse figure picks up the slack. I’m very happy with this figure as he is one of my favorite comic characters. Of course the figure isn’t perfect, paint imperfections, single jointed elbows, disproportionate legs, but those can easily be overlooked by a fan. Again, definitely recommend this figure!

It's a shame that Mattel no longer has the DC action figure license, because their DC Universe Classics and Multiverse figures were the best. Starfire is a cool addition to the collection, among the last to be produced from Mattel. Any fan of this cool character will like this figure!

Came with left and right power hands and closed fists. But the open hands were both left hands I don't know how that happened but be aware there was extra tape on this box so many have been opened.
