The sound quality is excellent, especially for the price. Set up is easy. I'm using an aux lead from a TV. The issue that I have is that there are some "features" with it. For instance, it goes into standby mode if I switch to Netflix via the TV's app, or pause a film. Sometimes this requires me to switch it off an on via the power button on the device, as the standby button on the remote doesn't seem to do anything. However, generally it works and these are really niggly issues, not fundamental.

For the price this is one amazing little speaker, I recently bought myself a new monitor to use with my MacBook Pro and my monitor had no speakers so I needed something small to use to fill that gap and this little speaker seemed to jump out to me based on the other customer reviews. I'm very pleased to say I wasn't disappointed the base sounds amazing and the sound quality is very good for such a small speaker, the quality of the sound is also very impressive though I'm not sure 3D sound is anything special it doesn't sound any different to me than a good stereo set of speakers.Anyway that said the speaker is fantastic, its easy to use and simple enough to figure out that I didn't even bother looking at the manual and had no issues getting it setup via bluetooth. The controols on the soundbar are touch sensitive which I dont personally like all that much, I'd have preferred proper buttons but I suppose the touch sensitive buttons add to the overall look of the speaker. Theres no remote control, but that wasn't an issue for me as I didn't need one but just something to consider if you wanted to use this soundbar at a distance.Its also powered off a single micro USB cable that plugs into a standard USB port at the other end for its power source, so please bear in mind that if you want to run this speaker for longer periods than 5-6 hours you'll need a USB port nearby.Overall very impressed, the build quality feels excellent and the sound is fantastic and rich. For the price you just cant go wrong.UPDATE : 2 Months in and the battery has now completely failed in the unit, apparently it has absolutly no over charge protection, meaning if you do what I did which is want to use the speaker for longer than 6 hours by leaving it connected to a USB power source this seems to wreck the battery. I'm sure the speaker works great if you just charge it up, use it and let the battery drain abefore charging again, but seriously who is constantly plugging and unplugging the power cable all the time, especially if you're using it with something like a TV. Really disappointed because as others have said the speaker sounds amazing, but the battery is terrible and the unit is not good enough to run solely off the USB power lead meaning once the battery goes you've had it.

I'd have thought this sort of problem was ironed out by now.
