I was excited at receipt of this item, especially ...
I was excited at receipt of this item, especially the dual sided design, main reason on the brush to prevent using much for cooking. However the item I received is defective- no hole there to allow liquid go thru the brush side. Disappointing. Returning it back to Amazon.

Very useful!
I wasn't sure this would be a good replacement for my old oil baster but it is even better! I love that I can store oil in it, and since it sits upright, there is no leaking. The brush is a good size for spreading oil in pans, which is what I use this for, and I can wash the well the brush sits in to keep it clean. I am very happy with this purchase, and recommend it to anyone who wants to keep some oil for greasing pans or marinade for basting handy.

Glad I took the chance and bought two at once. These are great bottles that are solid and sturdy, don't leak and clean up very easy. This is exactly what I was needing for our outdoor grilling.

Great quality
Quality and design of the product are very good.I received my bottle with a small crack on the brush. I would suggest to improve the lid to make sure oil doesn't leak when the bottle is turned upside down.
