Loved this product!! Wore it everyday while traveling abroad. Slim profile was easy to access passport, phone, etc.and the items were secure. The neck strap is adjustable and also very comfortable to wear around the neck. I would highly recommend this product!!

This is a GREAT travel pouch and made it so convenient to have my ID, Passport, cash, credit cards, sign & sail card and phone handy as I made my way on the cruise ship. I used this as a cross-body the entire trip and never had to worry about not having my essentials at the ready! I am not a small person and had no problems with this being comfortable and an appropriate length. This is extremely well made with reinforced stitching. I recently traveled with a group and someone had one of these bags with her. I noticed how well it worked making it easy to get out her cards and cash. She was able to put the Hero bag under her sweater when in the airport making it even more secure. I ordered one when I got home for my next trip. Very nice. Smooth zippers. well thought out pockets. Can be worn around neck or crossbody, under or over clothes. Great.I appreciate the sweet card from the family company.

Used for a trip to Italy. Held my phone, money, and cards just fine. I liked that it was small and could be concealed under my jacket for extra security. Not sure if the RFID worked or was even needed. Didn’t have any issues with it - so assuming it worked.

Very practical, simple design great for European flights as you can keep your passport quite handy for TSA, boarding, Immigration, etc. instead of fumbling through backpacks, totes, etc. It is extremely lightweight and has several secure pockets so you can add credits cards and/or cash. It would be perfect if it had capacity for a cell phone. But then again, it would require a design change and not be almost weightless or as easy to conceal if that is what people are looking for.

I would recommend this item to others travelling to areas where wallet security is an issue. I purchased this prior to a recent trip to Italy where I hear pickpockets abound. Based on the fact that I returned with passport, credit cards, cash, and a few flat misc items I'd say it was a success. In general I found it to be well constructed, easy to use, and filled with compartments appropriately sized for various sized items. I suspended it around my neck and even with only a thin "T" shirt it was virtually invisible when I wore it. It was comfortable to wear. At one point I'm confident we were approached by two potential pickpockets but never lost anything. PROs: 1) Well constructed, 2) it holds an impressive amount of stuff (passport, credit cards, driver's licenses and similarly sized items, and even larger paperwork) in several pouches appropriately sized; 3) the adjustable strap is easy to adjust. CONs: When wearing it around my neck it was necessary to open the top of my shirt to extract the wallet and then replace it when finished. This was a very obvious act and might alert any potential pickpockets in the area. My resolution was to step behind something (shopping aisle, or around a corner) and pull out the credit card or money before going the cash register. Even if they saw me it would be very difficult to get to it and steal it. All in all, not a big deal.

I ordered two of these neck wallets for myself and my husband for our trip to Europe. The wallets are well-made and high-quality, and they can securely hold credit cards and passports in the four front pockets with RFID-blocking technology. I purchased them because of the excellent reviews, and after receiving them, I learned they even come with a lifetime warranty. I kept my credit cards in the bottom pocket, and after two weeks the edge of the zipper became slightly shredded because the pocket was tight and I wasn’t very gentle with it. Since then, I’ve switched my credit cards to the middle pocket. Although I didn’t request a replacement until seven months after purchasing, I emailed customer service with my order date, order number, and a photo of the wallet. They immediately sent me a new one. They accidentally sent the Army Grey color instead of Ash Grey, but when I notified them, they apologized and sent the correct color right away. This is the first time I’ve written a review on Amazon because I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. I love this wallet and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a secure neck wallet for travel.

I have had several types of "travel" fanny packs , wallets, mini day packs, etc. This has been my favorite. PROS: RFID is great, strap is adjustable and not thick or bulky, lots of pockets that vary in size/shape and which all zip close except the large back pocket with velcro closure, and compact flat size which can easily be thrown in a suitcase or backpack pocket if necessary (eg. going thru security checkpoints). Also, lifetime replacement guarantee. CONS: Mine is tan and gets dirty easily. I might consider getting a darker color. While nothing has come apart, after major international travel Aug 25-Nov 25, I am starting to see threads fraying where straps are attached, at zipper pulls and along outer seam edging. The only thing I have trouble with is the back pocket because the velcro closure is about 1/2 inch below the top. So for larger phones or "bundles" of currency, it becomes impossible to use the closure, effectively making your largest pocket only 5 1/2 inches tall. It is still usable as a large pocket, but cash and phones are visible at the top. If they come come up with a better way to close at the top, it would be great. Overall, this wallet has survived some pretty harsh travel - S. Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Portugal, Japan and mutiple US road trips. I would recommend it without hesitation, even with the few issues I listed.
