These worked perfectly for my purpose of making slightly too big high heels fit a little tighter. I am able to walk around in my heels without slipping out of them like I was before. I have noticed the adhesive does have a tendency to unstick a little bit, but I have been able to just reapply pressure to the area it unsticks from to fix the problem. I do not think this is a serious problem as neither insert has come out of the shoe, and I am very happy with these!

Sticky and sturdy enough. The only thing, you can't really use on another heel. once you add it to a pair the adhesive will only work once.

They work well but don't last long enough.

The previous shoes gave me a headache because of wearing my feet, so I chose this product. Before wearing it, the shoes always leave a few blisters on my heels, which is very sad.I opened the package and put it in the heel very easily. When I put on my shoes, I knew that my problem had been solved. After wearing it, there is no more friction between the heel and the shoes. It is very smooth and does not have any discomfort. I will continue to use it, and I will update my comments later to bring more real feelings

The colored inserts do not grip my heel, they still make my heel slip. The only one that worked somewhat was the clear pad. But the adhesive has lost its grip and I only wore the shoes for 6 hours. I find I have to continually re-stick the insert into the shoe. If I could give these 0 stars, I would as far as adhesion. I'll be returning these.

So, in almost every shoe my ankle is small so my heels slide out of shoes. I bought these thinking they would prevent that but they just pushed my foot out of my shoe more and pushed my foot to the toe. I guess with different shoes they may work and if you are mostly trying to prevent blisters-but not for those that are just trying to find an insert so they stop slipping out.

These worked great I am usually 6 in heels and sneakers but with flats is tricky because I am 5.5W sometimes other times 6. I got flats size 6 which fit perfectly but stretched after a day's wear-causing pain and discomfort and blisters forming, I loved the shoes so I decided to get these. after placing them on the shoes did not bother me anymore. However, it felt snug on my toes and the shoe overall felt tighter. So if your shoe fits perfect do not buy because it will be uncomfortable. I know because I tested it on other shoes and I couldn't stand it for a minute.

Not bad.. and also very comfy will actually recommend.
