I have tried a few different types of home wax before - the pre-waxed strips and microwave ones, so I thought I would just buy a whole kit. The wax heater is nice and compact, and heated the wax quickly whilst I got everything else ready. It’s so easy to use as well – you can just put the whole pot directly into the heater, no mess. I tried the wax on my legs, and it worked really well, only leaving a couple of hairs where I’d missed applying it evenly. Plus, it did so with minimal pain!

Absolutely love this product! Ordered it and it came quick . Unfortunately was slightly broken but contacted company and they sent out a new one straight away! They were very kind about it and even sent me a hand written apology letter to go with it! Love this product and everything it comes with , wax is easier to use and so is the wax heater. Love the pre wax and after wax that comes with it ... absolutely would recommend! And as you can see from photos I’ve already used mine !

I do like this wax kit and it seems to work ok. Only negative is when it arrived the wax tub had leaked into the box and over the lid which makes it very difficult to open/use. I now need to go and buy another warm wax tub and bin that one. Would have messaged seller but couldnt find the option to contact them. Good starter kit tho. Would recommend.

Wow, this product is amazing! I bought it to wax my boyfriend who had previous been burnt by wax by a 'professional' and was a little dubious about trying again. The digital heater works amazingly to control the temperature of the wax, the wax itself is really great at clinging to all the hairs, the paper strips are brilliant and the before and after lotions work a treat on my boyfriend's sensitive skin. Just wax on, smooth down and pull off- no residue left on the skin, no burning, no hair left. Perfect.

This was my first time waxing my legs by myself and in general. Took about 20 or so mins to melt the wax to the appropriate consistency. It’s a great equipment to have. However, super messy. So definitely use towels underneath. And my next attempt, I’ll be using gloves for sure. I also find that the cleaning gel isn’t strong enough to clean the pots. The wax is hard to remove from the pot. Easy to apply, wax is sufficient for pulling all hairs out in one pull, and don’t need a thick layer.

bought a new pot as my old one was 15 years old and on its way out, fab for home waxing used by me and my niece. great price for the full kit! one thing i will never understand is why in these kits there is 100 wax strips and 100 stick overkill on the spreaders.

The wax needs to be kept upright in transition. Was a nightmare to get the lid off and wax went everywhere. Takes quite a while to heat up and the lid doesn’t fit on either the wax pot in the warmer (says to put the lid on for it to heat up faster)

the wax heater is not working how it should be. it takes more than an hour for the wax heater to warm up inside the pot- I would have returned the product but I have got wax inside it so unfortunately I can't. I would be glad if I could get refund on this product because if another item would have the same issue and i won't be pleased to write an review again. Please sort this out as soon as possible.
