A Great Source for An Important Supplement!
I use this product as part of my daily supplement program to keep my health going toward wellness. I love the taste of saffron in rice, and it is a very expensive spice to buy alone to add to recipes. My favorite recipe using saffron also uses turmeric, which I also take. These spices are used frequently in Indian cooking — as in the subcontinent of India — and is often purchased in bulk there. Although I’ve been through several serious illnesses of which some are still chronic, my “numbers” all look good. A cardiology pharmacist suggested that I not put much stock in spices from areas of the world with better health rates in certain fields, especially if they are expensive such as saffron; but I do my homework and then make my own decisions. Positive results
I purchased this product primarily for my appetite. I have noticed a difference in appetite and I feel like my mood has improved which is great!! Great product
This supplement works to lift mood and can counteract some side effects of antidepressants. There are validated studies to support this. I have more energy and a more positive outlook since starting it a few weeks ago. Some reduction in appetite as well, but nothing dramatic.
