Although I was very happy with the product when I ordered for the first time, so I ordered again but got a damaged piece.

Seal not good with 20L Jar!
If you guys are buying this product for use with 20 liter plastic courboys available with local vendors, I would suggest against that.The seal is not at all up-to the mark. My batch of wine lost most of its alcohol and became oxidized due to the lack of seal of the cork with the neck of the 20 Liter Jar.
