Did not really take an interest in clip on lenses for mobile phones until this year. Thought they were gimmicky. However due to the all the rave reviews and because most casual photogs will more than likely reach for thier phone camera before a dedicated one. I decided to purchase this one and it seemed to be well built and I was able to use it on my S8+... BUT I noticed it took a little time to get it in place just right and noticed my phone consistently had a difficult time focusing. I initially thought this was normal but after fiddling with it for a while, I began to reconsider because in a real life scenario. I did not want to spend 5-7 minutes setting it up to take casual shot and basically kill or miss the moment. Who wants to stand around for you to take a photo at a social event for 5-7 minutes. So, I decided to do a comparison. Now I am no expert. A novice at best but I wanted to compare. I decided to purchase another clip-on lens that was also well reviewed. Once I recieved the other lens, immediately I noticed a differnce. The tension of the clip was much stiffer providing confidence that it would not slip off. The clip was also angled to lay more flat against the back of the phone adding to its grip. The rear of the lens appeared to be was slightly larger and overall well made. However the biggest difference was its functionality. It took me a matter of seconds (44) to clip on and center it on my phone. Once mounted, I noticed my phones camera almost immediately focused and stayed focused without any sign of struggle from the camera to focus. At that point, I knew there must have been something wrong with the lenses of the this brand. I am not sure if it was defective but the significant difference was enough to prompt me to send this one back and keep the other brand of lens. I'm not sure if I can mention the other brand but I will say that the name refers to the eyes of a male cow.

I bought this lens for wide angle videoing of my dogs doing Parkour, CRO and Freestyle. It works well but there is a little warping at the very edges. I have an older wide angle lens that I've used for several years and it does not have this warping. As it doesn't negatively affect the purpose of my videos I am fine with it. For the price it works well.

I have used a macro lens on a regular camera, and this is nothing like that. This lens is very difficult to focus, and if there is any light reflection at all on the subject it results in sharp flashes of light that ruin the photo. I did manage to get some good shots, but it was a struggle. Not recommended.

Was going back and forth trying to decide if I should buy this lens kit or a different highly rated one listed on here. I was sold on the Xenvo when I compared the customer images for other lens kits and this one. I bought this for an upcoming vacation and I think this will work wonderfully. The carrying kit fits easily into my carry-on bag and the lenses themselves were intuitive and user-friendly. I appreciated the free video tutorials that came with it too.

This is a fun addition to taking photos on your phone. While the clip is a little awkward to get into the right position, once you get the hang of it you can get some pretty good photos.

This is the comparison of normal angle and wide angle. I have a iPhone 8 Plus in hand, which is equipped with a 1x Len and a 2x Len, with this wide angle Len you can have a 0.5x Len, which means you could capture more in the picture with limit space to move. You can achieve similar photo experiences with iPhone 11 Pro. The Len is good and clear, easy to assemble and disassemble.

After the express is opened, I like it very much. I like the super anti-drop function of the product, which makes the product durable. The pattern design is diverse, the hole position is accurate, and the ventilation and heat dissipation ability is strong. It feels comfortable and protects the camera well to prevent wear. The buttons have a comfortable feel, it is recommended to buy.

I used this on a Note 8 and it did not fit over my camera view unless I had no case at all. I thought maybe the case I had was too thick so I got a very thin case, still a no go for this.I ended up returning this but it would have been nice if it was either adjustable or if the fact it came with two attachments, if one could be a little bigger if you have a case on your phone instead of being the same size.
