I bought the purple in medium size uk 12 as a surprise gift so reading the reviews & trusting the sizing chart were really important. The measurements were spot on. The dress is VERY flattering on an hour-glass figure without looking trashy when the right size is picked. It just lays gently in a respectable way without clinging and the purple fabric is soft and not see-through at all. Perfect, thank you.

Bought dress for work- its a shame the dress is not lined - you cannot wear Opaque tights as the material carrires static. Apart from that it's an elegant dress.

I’m normally a 14-16 so reading other reviews I bought the XL as many others of this size said the fit was good. They must have sent me the wrong size as I think a person who is a size 8 would struggle to get it on. Needless to say it’s being sent back.

Thicker material than I thought. Not seethrough at all. Smart looking and washes well.

Sizing on this item is very small. The actually body of the dress was O.i very snugg, but there was no allowenve in the arm holes, so if you are like me and have broad shoulders and larger arms then don't order as you can't comfortably fit your arms through the arm holes. It would have been a wonderfull dress for summer as fabric really light, but let down by the fit. I even ordered a bigger size than normal.

Not sure what happened but somehow the small size arrived when I needed a large. Gave to my niece who is tiny and the dress looks great quality.

I am a branch manager for a bank and I am typically in suits. I was looking for a dress that I could wear in the summers and still look professional. This dress has a good structure, quality material, feels comfortable and looks nice. I like that this dress is nice enough that I can dress it up with heels and pearls but simple enough that I can dress it down for other functions.I originally bought the nude but I look washed out in it because it is the same color as my skin tone. This is not the manufacturer's fault though and I'm sure that if you are a lighter or darker skin tone than me it would look gorgeous! I will be returning it and getting it in 2 other colors.I typically wear a small but based on the size chart I went with a medium and it was a perfect fit! For reference, I'm 5'5 and roughly 140lbs with a smaller frame.

I ordered an XXL based on the measurements given by the seller. I am normally a size 16 and I am a classic pear shape. I had hopes that this dress would fit me well and be flattering, but I also felt like it was going to be a gamble. This dress actually fit extremely well and is very flattering. I will most likely wear my own belt instead of the matching belt provided. My only complaint is that it is about an inch above my knee instead of right at the knee as shown on the model. I am 5' 9", so if you are on the taller side, this dress may not come exactly to your knee. I was pleasantly surprised that the color in real life is much more of a light brown and not the almost nude color shown on the model. The color is better in person.

Pleasantly surprised by this dress. I ordered it for a school awards ceremony (as a parent). I normally don't take a chance with clothes online because it's always hit or miss with me but I have a few weeks and figured I could return it in time if need be. I needed something classy but casual. I'm 5'2", 130lbs. I have a hard time finding dresses that aren't too long. I ordered a medium and it's a perfect fit and I love that if falls just below the knee on me. I haven't washed it but when I do I will hang dry it. It's like a heavy t-shirt material and I'm not going to risk it shrinking.

I normally don't write reviews but this "navy blue" was a completely different color than the photo.

I love the fit and fabric of this dress. I'm pretty busty with small hips (36DDD and size 6 pants) so dresses don't always fit well and this dress fit both my bust and with the waist tie fit well over my hips. The fabric is comfortable too.

I knew from the reviews and ratings that I was taking a chance on this, and yeah it's definitely not the dress or colors pictured. I bought this for work, but it's not office appropriate. I'm a US L so I sized up as big as I could and it's almost skin tight, not at all like the fit in the photo even if you size all the way up. Also the color is nothing like what I ordered. Not a total waste though, I could wear this outside of work in the spring where I don't mind having something form fitting on. The length is modest and it does have pockets, so that's good! Order at your own risk basically and don't play yourself by expecting the dress in the photo.

Very cute dress! Fits great, soft and comfortable fabric, and looks very professional - perfect to wear to work! My only complaint is that the belt seems kind of useless - there are no belt loops on the dress itself, so on someone with very narrow hips (eg me), there’s nothing to hold it in place unless I tie it tight enough to cut off circulation. That being said, it looks cute enough without the belt. Overall, a great purchase!

To start off, I am 5’7 and around 175 (athletic/curvy) and the large fits perfectly. The dress hits right at the knee and will be perfect for work. The material is actually soft and stretchy which is a huge plus for me as far as fitting my lower end into a dress that isn’t fit/flare. I ordered the royal blue which in all actuality is just navy. Have not washed yet but seeing as there is rayon in the fabric mix (rayon, polyester, and spandex blend) this will definitely be best off hanging dry.

Took a star away because the dark blue is not as pictured, it's navy.Otherwise I love it! Thin but not see through, flattering to curves, just above my knee(I'm 5'1"). I'll probably order more colors.

Medium fits to true medium. I'm 5'4, 130lbs and it fits great!! Shows off all the right curves and hides all the wrong ones! Not to long, but not to short! *knee height* Thin material, and very soft. I can't wait to wear it :)

After reading the reviews I was contemplating which size to buy. I normally wear a medium unless the dress is made full. I decided to order the medium and not go a size up.The dress fit better than expected. I would have liked it an inch or 2 longer. It can be worn casually or you can dress it up. The material is thin but not as bad as I expected after reading other reviews. I’m going to order again in additional colors.My size 5’2 1/2 bust 36C

T-shirt material dress but it is soft. Ordered a medium but I don't think it is drapey like it fits on the model. Seems like the fit is more like a regular dress. Would probably have to size up for it to look loose. Otherwise as expected, as I anticipated a t-shirt quality dress. I also don't have high hopes for this coming out of the wash. I will have to remember to line dry this item.

I had a initiation ceremony to attend and needed a business casual formal dress for the event so came to amazon for a quick purchase.This dress caught my eye with its simple yet elegant putline. Very comfortable material and true to size. Iam 5’7 and usually order a medium and it just fitted me perfectly. The dress was just the right fit around the bust and hip area. The length of below the new is great as maybe now i can use this dress as a formal dress for occasions that require a formal wear.LOVE IT. And is definitely worth the bucks.
