Mechanically, the unit functions as it should. I'm satisfied with that aspect. It's loud, but I don't really care bout that. The problem is that the hose which comes with this unit imbues the water with a horrible plastic-ish taste that is impossible to ignore. It seems to be some kind of off-gassing; It is really bad. I tried to eliminate the smell (which one can easily detect just by taking a whiff of the hose itself) by soaking the hose in water with organic castille soap overnight among other methods, but to no avail. In fact, the water tastes worse as the days pass (this problem did not exist for the first day or so that I used it). Perhaps this issue will pass with time, but I would highly recommend not using this unit with any water that you plan to use for things like green tea or anything subtle-tasting because the beverage will likely be ruined (yes, I learned this the hard way). It might be okay for water to be used in the preparation of stronger-tasting food etc. In any case, be prepared to buy a new hose, or wait it out like I will probably do and see what happens. I really wanted to give this thing 2 stars due to how bad the water tastes, but since the unit does otherwise work properly and is so far holding a charge well despite heavy use, 3 stars it is.

This pump is awesome! The charge lasted through three big cooler bottles and didn't die at all- I charged it again just because I thought I should. It is simple and works great. The stream is powerful but small enough for water bottles.

this product is easy to use thats why i gave 4starsBUTi received this item around November 2019... i only charge it when i feel the flow of water is getting slow and today its dead battery... im very disappointed because i thought its gonna last 2-3 years at least... even i charge it for an hour still not turning on... 1 starits noisy yea, it is like you hearing a lawn mower 2 house away from you 3 stars

You cant go wrong with this water pump. My job loves this, my kids love this. The only downside is you cant place your cup down, you have to fill it up close to the pump. Which has helped my kids stay alert when using this thing.At work it gets used about 200 times a day. It holds a charge through out the day. At home, the charge lasted a good month, before needing to recharge. It is kind of loud, but who cares. It's electronic, and my kids have been drinking more water because of this thing. I bought 5 of these for the job. It was well worth it.

We purchased this for camping and now use it all the time instead of a million water bottles. The charge lasts a lot longer than expected (2 full bottles) and we are drinking so much water because of it. It’s small so no bulky tower or case.

We moved and packed our water bottle crock, but we still want water! This was an excellent purchase. It charges on USB, runs without the need to pump by hand, costs half as much as the manual kind, and is still working on the first charge, a month later!Our crock will show up, in one of many boxes, with the rest of our things, but we've been using this for a little over a month now.

I got one of these for myself a while back and absolutely loved it. Easy to use and clean and makes using bottled water much easier. Hubbies mom saw it and loved it too so I decided to buy her this one. Much stronger than the first one I bought. I have even shared my experience with people at the store who are also buying water jugs and they want one too. Great price also

Love this little thing!! I use a culligan bottle and it sprays out water soooo fast it’s unbelievable. Used it over 1 month About 6 times a day and have yet to charge.
