One jar did spill a little but you get two jars for this price which is really good. Good and easy to use. Takes little time to melt but if you have patience I would say it’s an amazing product. I would also recommend to get some post wax wipes as it’s difficult to remove the small bits of wax that remains on ur body

Brilliant little wax warmer, great for beginners, easy and simple to use and great value for money and arrived earlier than predictedOnly lasted a year though, used max 10 times in a year and now it won’t heat up

It takes a little longer to heat the wax than stated but does the job once warmed up.

The item arrived safely, in two boxes and so I was completely happy until my sister on opening her gift, realised that two of the cartons of wax were seeping, and all of the outer cartons were sticky with wasted wax. This did not affect the actual wax machine as that was in another box. But it did make this a sadly bad choice of a gift. I could not say it was the delivery but who ever placed the wax in the cartons. Would I buy this again…no. I am sorry to say. But i was so happy to find a company that sold vegan wax however it was a damaged/soiled/seeping gift....that made it all well, just not nice to open. And so it has to be said it was a damaged gift....
