Unit that works and customer service.
Purchased a Humless .64kw unit.Pros - Charges quickly with AC, three DC Anderson pole inputs which means you can connect three solar panels. AC outlets works, (but if there is a draw of less the 100 watts the unit shuts down). USB outlets work. I was able to complete three cycles with my washing machine and there was still 40% power left over.Cons - Cigarette DC outlet does not work (it seems to be a systemic problem with all the units) when you plug anything that draws power into the cigarette DC outlet error code 301 appears. You will have to shutdown the unit and power it up to erase the error code. I called customer service and they sent me a "dongle" that is designed to fix the problem. I had to contact the company again and remind them to send me the dongle. Once I obtained the dongle I plugged it in and hooked up a refrigerator to the dongle/box, it worked. But after the refrigerator reached the desired temperature and the compressor powered down the .64 Humless unit shutdown after 5-10 minutes. When the Humless unit shuts down it can not provide power to the appliance. It appears that there has to be a constant draw of power from the unit in order to keep the Humless unit on. I contacted customer service and notified them, they did a test similar to mine and agreed that there was an issue. They apparently contacted their supplier in China and were working on a new board. If I was willing the wait they would send me a new board to swap out. Another solution suggested by Humless was to buy a LED light that draws constant power to assure the unit stays on. The Anderson pole DC out did not work as well, error code 301. It appears that there will be a third generation unit coming out soon that will fix these issues. I asked for a full refund and Humless agreed to refund me the entire amount, they sent me a prepaid shipping label (after I had to reminded them), I shipped the unit back to them, and no refund. Crickets. I called them, I e-mailed them no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Obviously customer service is very poor. I question whether this is a viable business or on the verge of bankruptcy especially if all their units fail to work and there is a high refund rate.Bottom line - I purchased a Goal Zero 1400 lithium unit, everything works. I ran the same tests and more no issues. The goal zero does not charge as fast but considering that everything works I'm very pleased. I had to purchase a second charge controller for the goal zero so I could hook up two solar panels. If you are considering a lithium power unit save a lot of time and aggravation and buy a goal zero.

But anything else. Poor quality parts.
I purchased the 1.3kwh version and have used it for the last 3 years. This product is terrible. I had high hopes for it but it isn't built well and as such operates poorly. I've had to have warranty work done on it for both the solar panels I bought in the package deal and for the inverter. The dc outputs can't handle basic devices such as my router or modem. The inverter shutdown or gfci trips while powering my router. The inverter failed within 2 weeks when I first received the unit and was covered under warranty but I've been having trouble again since last year. I really liked the setup and style of the generator but it uses poorly made parts and doesn't hold up to real world use. I originally bought this to power led lights and my laptop for my rv but it struggled there so I resorted to owning an expensive ups for my router and modem which it is failing to do.

Love it! Great peace of mind and ready for storms & emergencies.
We purchased the earlier version two years ago. We have used it a few times and have fallen in love with it. It can be moved from room to room and upstairs fairly easily for my husband but a little heavy for me so we purchased a mini roller dolly. We have run two lights at a time for an extended period at it barely pulls any juice. We love how quietly it runs; and the fact that it is completely safe to use indoors and around pets and small kids (always with supervision of course). I did a load of laundry(cold water) and it handled it fine. We charged smart phones and laptops and even took it with us camping. Just remember that it is not going to work well with items that draw heat which draws much too much juice for the machine. It works well with 12v items such as camping gear. This newer version is supposed to be able to handle stronger surges, I believe.

I have been using an earlier version of this generator since 2016 and I absolutely love it! It is heavy but does exactly what it is supposed to do. I use it twice a week to power my heating equipment at fairs to keep food warm and it works great. It can power regular bulbs for at least 20 hours or a small oven for 2 hours, or charges iphone at least 10 times, etc. Will buy another one for my other vending locations where I don't have access to electricity. I got a small cart with wheels for it so I can easily carry it around.

Runs a Cpap.
I have had this unit for over a year but only used it a couple of times. It will run a Cpap all night even with the heater on.It is low when morning comes so it would have to be recharged each day.I suspect with a 12v Cpap and no heater you could get multiple nights.I plan to put this in my RV to run my cpap that is 24v so I need to use the 120v cord to run it.I can charge it each day with my solar charge or even generator.

The generator stopped working and seller is not responding
I bought one two years ago and I kept it in optimal condition per manufacturer. Now, the battery is no longer being able to be charged either by solar or 110 v. I emailed the seller a month ago and yet to receive a reply. The warranty has possibly expired but this unit should be working for years.

I've been using this as the main power source in my van for a few months now and love it. As long as you don't try to use high wattage appliances it will last a while on one charge. It makes my life so much better!

I love this product
I love this product! We have gas and propane generators as well, but when you can't get gas and propane this will be a life saver. Great to take camping. I would recommend getting more solar panels to recharge it faster, especially if you are trying to use it as it charges.
