I really like these dictionaries for my students who are new to the country. The pictures are bright and colorful and it's nice that the vocab words are at the bottom of the page with smaller pictures. Included on each page is a grammar skill for using language. A variety of themes are covered and are organized into chapters. There are a couple themes that I wish would be covered but I have other materials to use to cover those words.

My students adore this textbook! They beg me to keep using it because the pages are vibrant and clear to understand. We always have productive conversations and writing sessions with the OPD for kids text and workbook combination.

My daughter like it very much. There are many many beautiful images match the words and scene, and is easy to be understood. It is a very good book!

This book is handy for students who come into our schools speaking other languages. The pictures are clear, colorful, and well categorized so that even non-readers can point to an item and be told its name! Readers will get even more use out of this book as they settle in and begin to write!
