I like Swanson supplements and that's why I bought this brand specifically.

It's not easy to find a good clean strain of Lactobacillus for brewing Berliner Weisse homebrew. This is a great option at a good price. I need 4 capsules/batch so this jar should last me for another 6 batches.Simply empty the capsules into sanitized wort and keep covered with ClingFilm to keep out the air for a few days at 95°F. Gives a lovely delicate flavor.
