I bought it after someone gifted me a lot of coffee that needed grinding. I was impressed by the performance. Made the job fast easy and not messy. It does make a noise, of course, is grinding grains. But not as loud as you may have seen in a TV show.It has a good capacity. I recommend it.

The grinder worked for about a month I got it December 28 we used it to grind 1.5 smaller bags of coffee over the course of this time frame I didn't use it at all for 2 weeks while I was on vacation so subtract 2 weeks of actual usage. It just stopped working of course outside of the return window. 😒Edit: their customer service is great and very helpful even thought I couldn't return it via Amazon they offered to replace it and they shipped me another one. Their customer service is very responsive and that is why I added 2 more stars I will update again if this grinder lasts more than a month!EDIT: the grinder has now lasted longer than the other one and it seems to b be holding up much better! Thank you for having such great customer service as well🤗It is now March 2024 and the grinder is still working over a year later maybe the first one I got was a dud but this one is great grinds great and has survived over a year of use good purchase

Great coffee grinder, although my complaint is that it can be hard to adjust from fine to course. I'm a cold brew drinker and hubby likes drip so we have change the setting often. It wouldn't hinder me from buying again, but it definitely isn't an easy change for me. It fits great on our counter and grinds the coffee quickly and at the setting set.

Have been looking for a good burr grinder since my18 year old Black and Decker burr grinder finally failed. I had brought the Kaffe stainless steel French press at a local Gift shop. I went to the Kaffe website to register for the 2 year warranty and saw the grinder. Did my research and bought it. Very nice grinder. Copper exterior. Very easy to use. Very easy to clean. Just note that you have unscrew the hopper clock wise to take it off and clean it and the “blades.” The instructions do not mention this. You turn the hopper to adjust the grind. It is well marked. The grind is consistent I have used it for both a drip coffee maker and French press.The grind cup is polycarbonate and the bean hopper is glass. The hopper cover is rubber.There is a switch to turn it on and off. If the grind cub is not fully seated, it will not run. Not too loud while grinding o think it will grind beans for 10 cups base on one tablespoon per cup. Also comes with a small cleaning brush.Over all it is a nice little burr grinder.

A waste of money. When I tried to use it the first time the bottom drawer that the ground coffee goes in flew out and spilled all the grinds. I tried it a second time while holding the bottom draw so it wouldn't fly out and now it blew coffee all over my table. That is not the worst part. Then I called the company phone number for support. It rang about 5 times then I got a loud screeching noise in my ear. I tried to reach them 3 more times after making sure that I was calling the right phone number. Same screech after 4 or five rings.I don't think they have customer service. That means (to me) there is NO valid warranty for the product if I can not reach customer service for an RMA. Back to Amazon it went. Amazon is great, Kaffe (in my opinion) is not a word that I want to write.I went and purchased a Krups from Amazon. The Krups is a real product from a real company. I have used their products for over 20 years. It was great (for it's price point) and worked perfectly right out of the box. Both Krups and Kaffe cost about the same. Just trying to provide a little information, nothing in it for me. Choose wisely. ...

This unit works ok for basic drip coffee. Set to the finest setting, the size comes out 4 x larger than esspresso and the size is inconsistent.
