20 x 9 inch Large Reversible Seasoned Cast Iron Grill / Griddle

Loving this griddle. I just recently got a new stove, and our last stove had a built in griddle so I was used to that. I purchased one griddle before this one, but it was too small. The griddle needs to be the length of two burners or else the edge is sitting over the open gas flame. I think this is a nice two-sided griddle. It’s heavy duty cast iron, and I just stick it in the oven when I’m not using it.

This did not fit as replacement grill for my GE stove, but it does fit nicely over two burners, giving me an additional grill space for preparing large family breakfasts. It has a nice sized grease well to one side which makes it perfect for cooking bacon or breakfast sausage, while the main griddle can be used for eggs or pancakes.

Used with a Coleman camping stove. It worked perfectly. Fits right onto the stove. Make sure you check measurements for camping stoves and the like. This skillet/griddle fit perfect but any bigger and it would have been pointless and wouldnt fit.

I ordered this inadvertently after buying a couple of Lodge Griddles for gifts. It was the same price, late and I was NOT PAYING ATTENTION. I would not return it because it was my error. I can use an extra griddle for large cookouts anyhow. And this one works just fine…BUT… you can get a better, larger, heavier griddle from Lodge for nearly the same money (pennies different) and the lodge is a far superior product. The weight alone is proof of the quality. This one sort of stretches the truth about size. Yes it is 20” long but 3-4 inches is the handles! And it is about 1/2 to 2/3 ad heavy as the Lodge griddle. Just save some disappointment and buy the lodge. When you hand it down to your kids they will be very happy!!!

Husband uses it on the grill, he really likes it.

I've used Lodge products for a long time, first when camping. Then I found out their use will put iron into your food. So I use them when it's appropriate.
