Very Cool Stuff SIL16 Stainless Steel Gazing Globe Ball, Silver, 16-Inch

There is a sort of welding seam that runs around the "equator" of this ball, that does not show up in the product shot, but is very visible in real life. Still a nice item, delivered as promised, but we were a little disappointed abt that design flaw and the fact that it's not represented in the description or illustration in any way.

The globe is just what we wanted for our garden. Yes, you can see the line where the 2 pieces come together, however for the price, and the size, we are perfectly happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for a qualitystainless steel globe for their garden.

It says "Stainless Steel"-well-4 months outside and it has developed rust spots. I'm going to see about returning & getting $'s back, as "Stainless Steel" it isn't-looks as if it is just plated.

I love this ball and so does my grandson. He enjoys kicking it around the backyard and acting like he is Superman. Yes you can see the seam a little where it was welded together...but it is of very good quality and i'm glad I bought it.

We keep it outside and have had no problems.

Had for a year now and still very cool. It does have slight flattening around the equator but is a good gazing ball for a larger yard.
