My husband and I bought a few packs for the basement floor and the thickness provides durability. It also has a quality look after installation

first when I opened the package, I should have know right away that this was going to be a poor quality item. Tiles were stuck together with the adhesive wrapper peeled partially off and tiles completely rendered useless. Since I didn’t need the full case of 20, I went ahead and used them. When sticking them to the floor, they lined up nicely. Until about half way through the project of course. Tile sizes were different. The patterns weren’t lining up. It turned out poorly as I followed the directions exactly. I figured getting floor tiles on amazing for a garage bathroom wouldn’t be hard. Definitely won’t go back to these ever again sadly.

Nice fit and finish, worked well

As a renter in a home that has had the “landlord special” done to literally every surface I got these adhesive tiles as a way to spruce up our under sink area in the kitchen. I can’t really speak to whether or not they stick to the surfaces they are intended for because the material I stuck it to does not fall under that list. So not very much to my surprise they don’t stick very well. I applied them to painted particle board that was lumpy and deteriorating in places. but because it’s a spot that just has trash cans and cleaning supplies sitting on it I’m still very happy with the end result and its totally functional. Some of the tiles lift up in places but it still looks so much better and is way easier to keep clean than what it was before! It's definitely worth the price and installation was very easy.

These tiles have a great retro look which was perfect for our 1950s style kitchen. They cut to size very easily. I've used self stick tiles in the past and I must say, the adhesive is TERRIBLE on these. They wouldn't even stay in place with our prepped, cleaned and primed subfloor. We ended up adding additional adhesive and they are fine. Too bad, because otherwise they would have been perfect.

As you can see from the before and after pics these tiles are life changing. I do believe from reading the other reviews that they stick better on some surfaces more than others but for my plain old non shiny linoleum floor bathroom they stick perfectly. I washed (and let dry) the floors with bleach and water before I applied the tiles. I still have some work to do around curved spots and partway under the cabinet etc but it is fun to do when you get the hang and putting down the main full size tiles took hardly any time- maybe 30/45 mins. I bought two boxes of 20 tiles to cover my 48 sq ft bathroom (I counted areas that I am not actually planning on tiling, ie under the sink) and I have more than enough extra tiles to do the strange shaped spots that I will have to cut to fit/make up for any mistakes. I love my bathroom when I used to hate it so, five stars.

If you are renting or planning to install these temporarily, DO NOT USE. The tiles were easy to install and held up well in my bathroom for nearly two years. If you never plan to remove them and are careful when installing they are a great purchase!However, they were nearly impossible to remove. The adhesive was so strong that it transferred to the bottom of my shoes and actually pulled up my carpet. I used a heavy duty all purpose scraper because the tiles were snapping into pieces (see photo) and an entire bottle of goo gone. I tried to remove the remaining adhesive and the floor is still sticky and now also oily from the goo gone.Absolutely would NOT recommend if you are renting or looking for a temporary redesign. Only purchase as a more permanent solution!
