Smells very strong but tastes great!
I was pretty excited to try this as I LOVE pukka's night time tea bags. When I opened the bag however I really didn't like the smell, it was very potent, and I was scared I wouldn't like it at all, but I went about making it anyway. I used regular full fat milk, and a heated milk frother to warm/foam my milk. I put 2 teaspoons of powder into my cup and put a dash of cold milk in to make a paste, as instructed. I noticed though that the powder didn't mix very well, so I used a little whisk and it really helped! I think a bit of hot water instead of the milk would be better to make the paste tbh. I poured in my warm frothy milk and voila, ez pz professional looking latte. I took a tentative sip expecting it to taste awful, but it's actually really nice! It has a very gentle flavour, not very sweet but in a good way, and it's perfect to sip on while settling into bed. I was pleasantly surprised, definitely recommend :) I'm excited to try it with a range of different milks!

This is my absolute favourite go to evening drink. Every time I drink it it feels like a gift to myself. Highly recommend.

Sleep at last
Absolutely recommend this after 40yrs of insomnia this has definitely helped me , I am now sleeping 8 hrs a night and only had a couple of bad nights in two months

Down to personal taste, but not for me.
The rating I have given is purely down to personal taste. I first wish to say that I love liquorice and aniseed, but the liquorice root in this drink is so strong I couldn't detect any other flavour. I have tried the night time tea and this night time drink but the tea is not so strong, but this drink made me nauseous so only one sachet used. The recommendation was that you make it with almond milk, but I don't think that could mask such a strong flavour, so it didn't help me sleep, which was the prime reason for buying it. It may work for others, but not for me.

Gentle but effective sleep help
Having a lot of sleep problems. This gentle, delicious nightlife healthy latte has certainly helped, highly recommended!

I expected it to taste more like the tea Pukka makes. I really did not like the taste of this latte.
