I will highly recommend this belt to any one who has lower back issues for longer period and does not have any good belt to support the back. It also heals the sore muscles and you can see the difference within couple of days itself.This belt turned out a blessing when I was suffering from lower back pain 4 months back. I was unable to move for 5 days. Based on a lot of feedback I bought a couple lower back support belts and none of them gave me any kind of relief. Desperately, I was looking for a better option which could support and heal my back during this tough time. It was very frustrating to see myself not able to sit, stand and move freely. I found it on Amazon with few rave reviews and then I decided to give it a shot.I am not sure whether you believe me or not but, it started doing miracle on day 1 itself. Within 4-5 days my lower-back healed significantly and by 10th day I was feeling completely normal. Now this belt is my buddy. When ever, I do any heavy lifting or when ever, I go for long drive it is with me and supports my back.Stay healthy and now start stretching everyday to prevent further damage.UPDATED: 01/02/2015:--------------------I've recovered completely now. I also started running & stretching and recently I finished 5 half marathons. Now, I'm preparing for a full-marathon. Please note, "Running" involves a lot of pressure on lower back and it seems, the pain is no more there at all.I also have recommended this belt to at least 10 people and all of them had a great experience so far and I got so many blessings in return. It really has some serious magic healing powers. Hats-off to its inventors or should I call them the Healers.

I ordered the neck brace a few weeks ago and I was amazed at how well it worked I just wish that it covered more of my upper back and not just the neck but beside that it does work so well that I ordered the lower back brace so I could get the same treatment I was getting on my neck. The first thing that I noticed after putting the back brace on my posture improved. Prior to receiving the back brace I was walking with a noticeable crooked lean but after wearing it for about an hr I was able to stand almost straight I was still leaning to the left but not nearly as much. The one thing that I've noticed different between the neck and the lower back brace is the far-infrared heats my neck but not my lower back. Beside that one thing the company has some great products. I've a couple more body parts that I will be getting braces for both my elbows, knees, and shoulder I'm pretty sure that they will work just as well. Worked great for the first couple of days, then with normal wear during three work days (6 hours at a time), one of the plastic supports broke through the material and started to slide out. Another one broke through the material in the same manner after two weeks of use. I guess I will have to sew the ends where the plastic wore through, but doubt it will last for very long. Further, the material loses its shape and sturdiness and began to 'curl' after about four days. It HAS relieved my pain, BUT, I would think this would have lasted more than a couple of days considering the price and promises of the manufacturer/seller. Because I have a serious chronic back issue and the brace has helps in the area of needed support and pain relief, I can't send it back.

I can't say enough about this brace. with the extra velcro adjustment you can locate it just where you want it..it is not too cumbersome and the gentle heat that you feel from it is very comforting. I am even wearing it at night to bed. In addition, the vendor is responsive to any questions you may have and gets back to you in such a timely manner. Because of my good luck in the last week i have purchased 4 of them for friends with bad backs and am going to get a shoulder version of this for my son...perfect timing for Christmas gifts. I am just so glad that a friend heard about this brace and "enlightened" me. The use of the brace has really taken me out of an acute flare up with my back. So Grateful!!!!!!!

Good product. If you are on the large side as I am, the brace rolls down in the front when sitting on occasion. Otherwise it's a great brace. Helps with back pain.

Not sure if it will help me,it seems to be too wide to be comfortable and is bulky to wear under clothes.The seller was very good in getting to me in a timely manner so I have no problems with them. I should have done a better job in researching the product

I have had this brace for a little over a year, and it has held up great! It washes well, and it provides great support for the lower back. I am not a petite person, and the XXL size fits great. I have tried other brands, and their largest brace size fits until you try to sit down, but that's not the case with NMT. I found I can wear this brace for all activities, and it keeps my lower back supported. The magnets are a neat addition and seam to reduce muscle fatigue. I wear this brace over a tank top, but I suppose some people could wear it directly against the skin.

I just started using this product over the weekend. I like the way it fits. It is not too warm when wearing. Just waiting to see how much relief I will see after using it for awhile.
