For gluten free, you'd not know it. Schar makes excellent gluten free products. I often wish gluten free wasn't so much more expensive. However, I remember when there wasn't any GF choices in the market. I wish they made sugar free along with gluten free. I'm not diabetic, but I have problems with sugar. Actually, everyone has problems with sugar, but they eat it anyway. I only have one Graham cookie every three-four days, if I have more, I get swollen legs. I'm glad I figured out what causes swelling. I also found tuna , which I love, causes gout flare ups. Everyone! Keep a diary of what you eat, to figure out what effects you.

These are really yummy but very crumbly. I would have liked to use them for smores while my family ate regular gram crackers but all of the crackers were in tiny pieces.

My daughter is gluten-free. The flavor was great but the chocolate had melted and stuck all the pieces together and they just crumbled into pieces. I wanted to use these with s’mores but that did not work out sadly

Used them with cool whip frozen in the middle for a lower calorie ice cream sandwhich treat I seen someone shared online. Very good and tasted great! Would recommend!

The cookies I can get locally are not covered with chocolate. Chocolate is a trigger food for me and I can’t stop eating them so I will not be ordering them again. Boo-hoo.
