Thank youThis item was easy to assemble but didn't know where 2 black pieces belong to (no assembly instruction). Looks very sturdy and its quite big but in a good way. When I try this stepper the motion was not smooth and it has a weird stuck feeling as you step side to side. Also, as you step it will hit the rubber parts giving impact to legs (it makes banging noise) and causing knee pain. My husband tried as well and had the same issue. I have read all the reviews before making a purchase and no one had issues or complain so I'm guessing mine was defected. Amazon rep was very helpful in returning the item.

The media could not be loaded.  The assembly is easy although I found no instructions; that seems odd given what I see is mostly a well-built exercise machine. I replaced the thin rug in the shipment with my own thicker exercise pad, the noise is now not bad but hardly quiet. I for sure cannot use it at night when my family goes to bed. I also find that I can add an exercise using my arms/hands pressing on each pedal, but this machine is really for your legs. Every time when you step on the machine, its descending pedal will hit the stopper on each end. That stopper is used to soften the landing of each step and so it will most likely be the first component that breaks. Nothing can take that kind of impact repeatedly. If there is no replacement stopper available, I am not sure this machine will last. The warranty is 1-year after communicating with the manufacturer via email. The battery can be replaced underneath the LCD cover. I am not sure how to open it until getting a picture from the manufacturer (posted with this review). The LCD/battery cover in my case was held with some thin glue (like those used in advertisement mail) making it closed tight when received from Amazon. I have to use a thin screwdriver to gently pry the cover loose. I really like this stepper for exercising my legs simulating stair climbing, this machine makes my exercise safer. BEOUZO customer service did contact me on my specific concern. I just hope their stopper has a better design and replacement stopper available after warranty period. After reviewing my video, BEQUZO company representatives (Matt and Luna) have taken step to address the replacement stopper in their shipment. That is very fast reaction to customer concern, and that means a lot to me.

Product for the price, is well made. When you get on to use it though, the movement is awkward!!!.You can tell right away you're never going to use it again! Bummed.

It’s ok

I love this!!!! I like the way each foot remains on a flat surface so it is like real step motion. It is super sturdy. It has resistance. I get on the step with my weights, go through my weight routine and it keeps my heart in cardio, this means a condensed workout, shorter workout time. Doing the step with the weight actually makes my weight routine easier because I don't just focus on how tired my arms are getting. The stepping is a helpful distraction. Okay, so it is small and easy to move around. When it is not rainy I take it outside in the fresh air. It is nice that it has the calorie counter and other features but I can feel the workout I am getting and my heart gets pumping so I don't even need to look at the screen. You will like this!

Came broken. I didn’t realize it was broken until I threw the box out. I still use it but I have to be careful the pedal doesn’t pop off so I don’t break my ankle!

This machine is not a ordinary machine it is a exersizing machine that is used to make your legs and joints stronger for mountain climbing or any exersize. This fitness stepper is very easy to constuct together and very easy to use also this stepper is very sturdy no matter how longer you use it the stepper still works and it is great for exersizing.

I love this thing - it arrived within a week, and was fully assembled (you only have to screw on the foot protectors, which took me maybe 5 minutes because I’m not good with a screwdriver). The stepper is made of heavy duty steel and seems well made and super durable — it actually reminds me of a piece of playground equipment, like a teeter totter or see saw, which I find super appealing and makes me wanna use it when I see it. It’s fun to use and it incorporates your entire body as you move side to side, maintaining your balance (it REALLY gave my legs a workout). My only suggestions to the manufacturer is make the stepper available in a few more fun colors, like orange and yellow, and also please, just attach the dang foot protectors, so the customer doesn’t have to. Overall I’m really pleased, and I would buy this again. Thank you.
