What causes sugar spike go to the refund carbs in commercial cereals. Doesn’t taste like much I usually add a scoop of protein with a almond milk or great and it’s on instead of snacks during the day

Flavor is mild but nice since most prepared items are too sugary or salty. Was looking for a lo sodium snack to munch on. It was as expected. Mild so you may add, mix in with your other fave snacks that might be too sugary or salty. (Think chex mix) I ate it plain so I could taste the quinoa grain. Realized I could mix this in with other granola, cereals, or savory snacks to add some protein and balance sugars or salts. It has a cute star puff shape about half an inch in diameter.

I absolutely hated this initially. But somehow the bland, almost offensive taste grew on me after I forced myself to eat this because it is food and I paid for it. And now, I have a subscription for it. There must be a scientific explanation around my change of heart, but I really think it's awful, yet I'm looking forward to my monthly delivery. It's like dog food but probably worse. 4 stars.

I bought this item first a couple of months ago and I received a different bag that was a clear with a white label on it. I loved it, the puff were porous and light, very delicious, my baby loved them. My last order they actually came with the right bag white, blue, beige and dark pink. The puff were different. They were harder and less porous, not really what had received in the last months. I prefer the ones from the clear bag.

I like this product a lot, besides being very healthy option it comes in a very interesting shape that makes my 1 yr old wanted to eat it. And for a reason my dog also loved them. The taste is good by itself but when mixed it taste way better. Yogurt for me is the best option as well with peanut or almond butter. And I have to say I love the crunchiness. I definitely recommend it.

I eat them as a breakfast cereal, and reordered 3 times I believe . My last order is packaged differently and they have changed. They are crunchier and the flavor I loved is different. I really don’t think I’ll order them again. I bought the 6oz bags, but just found the 1.5 oz individual bags in the original package and will try them. I really hope they are the puffs I so loved.

My son has Celiac Disease, and he reacts to rice as well as wheat. This is the only store-bought cereal that doesn't have binders or starches. We just add dried fruit, fresh fruit, and some seeds. He loves it. There is NO SUGAR AT ALL. I wish they made more products without stevia or added sugar, like this one.

I do not know what sheerness means, so I gave it a middle rating. These are ok. I have a limited diet due to a mast cell condition so finding foods I can tolerate is always a trick. These work. The flavor is ...ehhh....but I mix them with rice chex and add organic stevia and it works. It gives me something more than rice in my diet.
