Sturdy enough for skewering and turning when laden with meat. You can bend them if you wish, but I've not done so accidentally through use. Bought these as they stated thickness in details, and price per skewer seemed good.Haven't rusted yet despite leaving them wet in the sink and on draining board, so inclined to believe they are actually 304. Nice metal case, though I clean them (before and) after I take them out as I can't clean inside of the case!Good for the money.

Great product
Received this product today and was overlly impressed. Sounds odd as they are just skewers but not the first ones ive brought. They are strong and sharp at the tip which makes for easy use. Great product and cant wait to use them
