3 walkie talkies came in the box. I took one in the car with me and could still talk to my granddaughter 4 blocks awzy. When i lost contact with her i started picking up other people. I laughed so much. She went home todzy and had 2 sisters so they each have one. They are having so much fun. Each walkie talkie takes 4 AAA batteries. I bought them from the dollar store. I would definitely buy these again for a gift. The price is affordable

These are sturdy walkie-talkies, sized well for little hands. Switching them to the same channel was simple, as was putting in the batteries - no screwdrivers needed to get to the battery compartment. My preschooler (2 and 10 months) is able to talk on his and turn on the flashlight without help, so they're definitely easy enough to use for the suggested age range, while still being clear enough that I can enjoy them with my kids.According to my 6yo, "These are amazing! These walkie-talkies are amazing!"A small thing, but I also appreciated that they didn't come with a ton of excess packaging. The three walkie-talkies were each in their own plastic bag/sleeve, then tucked snugly into the box with the instruction booklet. No dealing with zip ties, styrofoam, or an exorbitant amount of plastic.

Walkie talkies are great. My three girls love them. Great features include 3 pack just what I needed. LED lights are a big hit. I love the fact they are different colors so my kids don’t fight over them, they know which one is theirs. Plenty of channels, 22 plus sub frequencies. Range test in my somewhat hilly neighborhood blocked by many houses was 0.8 Miles. Excellent. Price is great and body clip keeps battery tray from opening. Good product for good price, recommend highly.

Packaging is surprisingly compact but again it does not matter as long as product comes good.This product is pretty good quality product. Right quality right weight and right size. When you hold it feels really good quality.Channels scan and change are very easy. Range seem to be good. Again I tested across 7000 soft area and over two floors and I found them to be good.I found the voice quality to be decent I personally like to hear a clearer voice but again it’s a toy and I want it to be a phone.I was disappointed that there was no cell included with the product especially for the price tag.I will give overall a 4* review and as always I will revisit the reviews if I get into issues or discover something new.

I want to love these but I'm very disappointed. My first order the red and yellow walkie talkie didn't work, so I requested an exchange. The exchange went very smoothly, but the second set's red and yellow walkie talkie didn't work either.

I've already bought and reviewed a two-handset version of this same item, so I knew what to expect.This new set works perfectly with each other or with the handsets from the other purchase, so now I can have five children all on one channel or different teams on different channels.The features are the same as previously reviewed: rugged design, good features, good range (for a toy), and excellent clarity. Preschoolers will need some help in focusing on the important button, but older kids will easily flip between channels and use the other features.

This set of Walkie-talkies was purchased as a gift for a 6 year old boy. (The three pack was perfect since he has two sisters.) He loved using them with his nine year old cousins at his party and then later with his sisters. The sound is decent and pretty clear, and the range seems good although we only played with them in his own house and yard. The walkie-talkies feel a bit cheaply made - I hope they hold up well. They are labeled for ages 3-12, but they are not very simplistic for our three year old. Too many tempting buttons to push and she needed reminded to release the talk button when she was done talking. She will get used to it, but I think one with fewer buttons would be better for a three year old. The 6 year old does fine with them. The flashlight is a nice feature and seems fairly bright. Overall I think it's a good product. We've only used it for a week, so I can't attest to durability. But it's a fun toy for this 6 year old boy!

Awesome...fun toy for kids for a cheap price. Bought for 5 year old birthday. Came with 3 so perfect for her and her sisters. Work long distance. Do not like that they do no have chargers and take 4 batteries each$ but they have been on for almost a day and half and the battery icon still shows full power so hopefully they wont drain fast. They have been playing non stop with them. Only complaint is they do not come in a box that shows what is in box it looks like a playdoh box and says bestgifts. My daughter had no idea what it was when she opened her gift (she thought it was playdoh). They do look great for price and work great. Battery cover is hard to get on and off and falls off everytime the talkie is dropped or bumped while setting down.
