Therapist's ChoiceSoft to The Touch Felt Hot & Cold Pack (10"x13")

This is large and will cover a very large area. I keep mine mainly in the freezer. It works exactly as one would expect. I gt this one to replace an old one. I use this all the time. The price is good and it does what you would expect . I will buy again and recommend it to anyone looking at it.

After back surgery I needed a hot cold pack that was comfortable and soft. I searched Amazon and found exactly what I needed. I bought 2 and was so happy with them I bought a case of 10. That was in 2014. I still have all but 4. I gave friends those. Best heat and cold pack I’ve ever used. They are also biodegradable.I’ve never had any issues with the felt tearing or splitting.

Have used this ice pack for years now - they do wear out over time but we put it to good use. This one is great for the neck or any extremity. It's super cold but bearable and the fabric is so gentle on an injury. Highly recommend.

Be careful, I don't care what the manufacturer or other reviewers say. This item freezes like a brick in my freezer. We have to put in the microwave for about 2 minutes before we can move it to the point that we can use it properly. That having been said, it works well after that and stay cold for over 20 minutes. I would shop around longer before I bought this one.

Got this when our previous cloth covered icepack died (started leaking as many do - we use them a lot). This one is OK and has stood the test of time, but is a bit stiffer than the previous, so not as easy to mold to body & hence not as comfortable as it could be. Still like the cloth-type covering rather than having to use a slipcover on plastic ones, but do use the plastic ones when we have to have pack better conform to part of body.

Love this product because it is so soft and easy to use. Very comfortable.!

I’ve used three or more brands of clay-filled cold/hot packs over the years. This one was hard and not malleable. The edges were wide, stiff, and scratchy. Try a different brand - at least for this size.

Ordered this ice pack for my husbands back because of its size. Therapist's Choice® Soft to the Touch Felt Hot & Cold Pack (11"x22" X-Large)  I ordered it and when it came in I opened the package and it was a mess, it had a bad seam and the clay product had leaked out!! Contacted company and before I knew it another pack had arrived and have had very little problems with it. The only problem is that if you put it in the freezer without being in a plastic bag the felt sticks to the surface of the freezer and comes off. I found that if you lay a piece of parchment paper on the shelf it protects the surface. I would not be opposed to ordering this product as it is well priced and quality is as good as the higher priced products. The service was great and price is right I will return when I need another one. Thanks for the great service!!Vivian M
