Cooling it helps with engorgement. Tip- place it in a small bowl prior to freezing so that it keeps a cone shape when you put it on.Putting it on and keeping it on is tricky with the straps. The straps tend to come off when you're moving so using a pump with it can be a pain. Works find if you don't intend to move very much.I would still recommend for engorged breasts... but maybe keep your bra on over the frozen packs.

These pads didn’t work exactly how I needed them to. When using for heat it seems like it took a lot to get them at the right temperature. When freezing it took quite awhile for them to freeze and then depending on the shape the froze in made them uncomfortable to wear. For you struggling mamas “rice” heating pad works better in my opinion!

Easy to 'assemble' but it should come with instructions. The heating time took longer for me, not sure if it's because I had the gel in the cover when i heat it up or what but i usually do 30s and then another 15s. It holds my breast pump well but the hooks for the straps are not stitched well enough. Mine are already breaking off, but thankfully it is an easy fix.

I got very excited and could not wait to use this product when I first bought it, but I ended up using it once. Maybe I did not use it correctly. The gel pads are just too small for my engorged breast (cover only half breast). The heated pads are too hot to place directly on bare skin, but the fabric covers that came with it are smaller and it was hard to insert the gel pads. By the time I finished inserting those gel pads into the fabric covers, the heat is not there anymore. Also, the white string that helps attach gel pads should be more simple. They get tangled and I got frustrated trying to figure out how to wear them.

I really appreciated this item throughout a portion of my breastfeeding journey. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to last past a couple of uses as one pad burst/tore making it completely useless for further use.

Hard to put on and keep on, as it came with no instructions. Holding to breast helped but difficult while pumping ended up getting a hole and beads started falling out

This is amazing. I would have gone with the usual pump bra most mother’s use but the straps dig into my shoulders and I just wasn’t a fan. These, however, feel great. The strap provides surprising support and I can use it the pump I already have. Highly recommend these to anyone who hates straps digging into your skin or having to hold your pumps!
