Like the product. We don t need a time to pre-heat the machine. But it is not 3mm wide sealing. 2mm i can say. So I changed the metal part inside sealing wire to wider one. I baught seperately cost around 500 over. But It wasn t work nicely...i have to use as is. Anyway Work well!!!

Always defective product.
First of all the very first time I opened the package of this heat sealing machine and plugged in and switched on the indication light is not blinking and the machine is not working.Very much disappointed.Also I done a mistake on buying this machine.Because I have seen the same complaint raised by a Amazon customer in his review.So this product seems faulty always and totally waste .So please don't buy this product.

Not work this product

Check on return policy as sometime machines don't work.
Received a non working product,requested for a replacement will have to wait for the arrival.
