- This is not traditional firewood supplied in a net, spreading bark and dust in your cooking area. Each sealed strong cardboard box contains 14 pieces of premium firewood. Pieces are 90% square edged – there is very little bark. Beech is the best hardwood for Pizza ovens, giving the longest flame and best ‘leapording’ effect.
- The Beech is kiln dried to 12% average, using the sawdust from the sawing production process, so environmentally friendly, absolutely no additives, Natural and not over compressed like briquettes which make for a slow burn.
