Women's Challenger Short

I was looking for a pair of quick dry shorts and was concerned about ordering on line. I made sure there were free returns because I didn't expect these to fit. They fit perfectly. And very cute. Even though they are cargo shorts, they are nicely tailored and trim looking. The only negative is that the material does not stretch at all. It would have been nice if there had been a little give. They are fine if you are standing or sitting, but when you change positions, the hem doesn't give. But otherwise, very nice. I am hoping that they will loosen up a bit after wearing. I was surprised that active shorts would not have any stretch.

I love these shorts but they are pricey. If I could change one thing it's the waist is smaller than the overall cut of short. Maybe the manufacturer could put inside waistband a hidden stretch panel. Several friends have remarked on the same issue. The short is a great length and the material fabulous it's just the waist is a smudge small for the sizing. Unless you have a waist the size you did in high school you may find the snap occasionally may pop when sitting down

I bought one pair of these shorts, tried them on and promptly ordered two more pair in different colors. I'm 5 ft 5 in, 160ish lbs, somewhat heavy in the butt and thighs, with a narrower waist. I ordered a 12. The shorts fit very well, no binding or tightness, they have a wide leg hole that is flattering and slimming and reach about halfway between groin and knee. One negative for me is the waist is wide so I get the gap in the back. The shorts do have decent belt loops and I easily cinched in the gap. The shorts are nylon so doing this doesn't cause bulkiness poking you in the back like a denim short would. I use mine for kayaking and they do dry quickly. They are stylish enough for all uses.

I LOVE Bimini Bay Outfitters clothes. Their shorts & long sleeve fishing shirts are outstanding, with sun protection and stain/spill resistance. I have several colors and love them all!

Great shorts for traveling...but no stretch in the material.

If you are a curvy woman like myself, these shorts are a great fit! They are a little high rising on me partially due to my small waist compared to back side, but very classy and comfortable. I believe they are true to size. No need to size up unless you want more leg and butt room.

Luv the shorts. Bery comfy. But be warned they do run a bit small.

Already have a couple pair of this brand so knew just what to expect! 😍
