Perfect Christmas Pudding!
Sturdy basin. I had ordered four others that all broke in transit before finding the Mason Cash Pudding Basin, which arrived intact. Worked like a charm to create a sumptuous, firm, and soft Christmas Pudding. It was spectacular.

Cannot use lid during baking
Very small print on the cardboard sleeve on the bowl states one may not use the included lid for baking the pudding, a fact not made clear on the site. In addition, the listing implies that this is a product of the UK, when in actuality it is from China. The bowl itself seems well-made, but the lid being useless for baking made this a fail. Returned.
