I only take 1 pill every 2-3 days since the dosage is really high. I will say that it does work. If you read the benefits of zinc for men you’ll read things like: increased testosterone production, higher libido, increased sperm health, less acne, faster healing of wounds, and improved immune system. These pills do exactly that. I feel much more energized after taking them and I think I will continue to buy from this brand.
